I order a shower curtain… the order was passed to another company… wrong product size sent… this company collected $62.10 and will NOT answer emails or phone calls. Second company says they can’t help .. have to contact J Lee Decor and gifts… unreachable ‼️
So I’m out the money…. Do NOT buy from them

The jizo was as expected. It did take awhile to receive it. It arrived well packaged and I'm happy to give it withe packaging as a gift.

I searched many stores for this shower curtain and it was out of stock everywhere. Every accessory was available except for the shower curtain. I was pleased with the prompt delivery and fair price.

Very friendly. My 1st order I placed in December. When I received the stair tread, I quickly ordered 12 more. With Christmas presents, I started a spread sheet just to keep up with orders. I entered December's 1st date again for the 12. I couldn't figure out what was taking so long to get the 12. I quickly apologized to the company and owned my mistake. Very nice company.

The coasters were exactly as described. They were perfect. It did take approximately one month from the date ordered to be delivered though.

Great communication & prompt responses. I ordered two beautiful cutting boards as gifts. They have a male/female Cardinal perched on frosty tree stumps. The birds look very realistic which is important to me. I am an avid Birdwatcher. Also the forest green background gives the cutting board such a rich & elegant look.

Communication could’ve been better – I didn’t get any information on this for over three weeks. Come to find out you were out of slag which is a good reason for a slowed shipping. Would’ve been nice if you told me that without my having to inquire.

All in all it was worth waiting for and I am very pleased and would order from you again.
