This company is a disgrace and should…

This company is a disgrace and should be removed from Ebay etc. I have placed 2 x orders and received neither. I keep getting emails to say sorry your parcel is delayed. The items I ordered were required for a specific job to be done prior to a golf trip which has now gone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I am certainly not trying to get free goods my package arrived with 1 grip short I simply said that if they sent the missing item I would rewrite my review but after acusing me of trying to get free goods I remain with my original review. Disgusting acquisition

Unfortunately these 2 EBAY orders were diverted to a parcelshop collection point after dispatch by the customer which causes a delay of 1-2 days while the re route is processed by the carrier. The goods have been delivered today. However the buyer is attempting to get free items in exchange for removing this and other reviews left on the internet. This is disgusting behaviour.

Shawdy at best

This company is shawdy at best. Ordered golf grips from them. Not only were they too small they were poor poor quality. I asked for an exchange. They said to send items back and they will refund me. It would cost more than the purchase to post. RIP off scam merchants. Read the other reviews. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

This was a sale on eBay. The particular item has sold over 3000 times with many happy customers. The buyer on this occasion did not like the grips. We explained they could return them for a refund through eBay‘s return procedure. They declined, sent abusive messages and decided to leave negative reviews everywhere instead.

Bought a golf travel boot bag

Bought a golf travel boot bag, within months zip started sticking , messaged and complained but no reply, finally zip completely parted and now bag useless, expected bag to last more than 9mths , customer service rubbish and obviously no guarantees
AVOID.

Not very helpful.

Ordered some blue tees, delivery was fantastically fast but the colour of the tees was nothing like advertised. Response from a very unhelpful rep was "well they are blue". Seems to have no interest in the fact that they are supplying something not advertised.

This order was fulfilled correctly, we had no contact from the buyer stating they required a “specific” shade of blue prior to dispatch and no sample colour was ordered prior to ordering 20,000. Shades vary from batches and we sell them as a generic “blue” golf tee.
The returns process is there should this buyer wish to use it.

AVOID !!!!

Shocking.

Purchased a golf training aid via Ebay and turned up used and covered in dirty fluff and hair. Opened a dispute via Ebay and got several rude and unhelpful comments from them. Ebay have reported him as a seller. He also miss-advised to close return case via Ebay.

Terrible seller. Wish I had checked on here and google reviews before purchasing. There is a common theme with people unhappy at poor, cheap tat he sells.

Unfortunately customers who try to get free returns and are not happy when this is declined take to external review sites like this one in an attempt to damage a businesses reputation.

This is what has happened on this occasion.

A full refund was offered if the goods are returned, they were supplied brand new. Buyer declined.

Poor quality + Non existent after sales service

I bought a bag for an electric trolley in June 2015, used three times, bag tore along side close to zip.
Contacted JLgolf, September 2015, requesting replacement or refund, who replied, it's out of guarantee !
With an attitude like this, together with shoddy goods, this seller is best avoided.
BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK !

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE INFERIOR WINTER WHEELS FOR YOUR GOLF TROLLEY.

WINTER WHEELS FOR GOLF TROLLEYS FROM JLGOLF LTD

Although their initial service in supplying the wheels was good their subsequent service is extremely poor in that they do not honour any sort of guarantee.

The winter wheels in question were used on 23 occasions over the winter doing total of 18 complete rounds of golf by which time the rubber was coming away around the studs.
The supplier states that the wheels”have been well used” and that I should purchase a replacement set of wheels.

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE INFERIOR WINTER WHEELS FOR YOUR GOLF TROLLEY.
