We are a home visiting physiotherapy service operating and visiting people across Southeast London and Kent. Including Orpington, Bromley, Bexley, Lewisham, Greenwich, Tunbridge Wells, Maidstone, Canterbury, Folkestone, Dover and all the surrounding areas. A team of physiotherapists specialising in supporting people to become more mobile and able. We include: Neuro Physiotherapy, supporting older people, people following surgery, home from hospital and aquatic physiotherapy. Our home visit physiotherapy will support clients and their families in care homes across the Southeast. In addition, you can visit us at our rehab gym in The Bossingham Road, Stelling Minnis, Canterbury. We run group exercise classes in Bromley, Bexley and online. Our specialist personal trainer and Physiotherapy Assistants will also provide home visits for you. Our team of physiotherapists will complete a comprehensive assessment, understand your needs and provide you a personalised treatment plan which may include; exercises, mobility support hands-on treatment, support, guidance and education. No need to have a GP referral. Directly refer yourself or your loved one and we do not have a waiting list. Whether you are looking for a physiotherapist to support you after a stroke, to improve your walking, manage your pain or help you with your activities of daily living (ADLs) we can assist you. We have specialists vestibular physiotherapists, neurological physiotherapists, orthopaedic physiotherapists, MSk Physiotherapists and those who have worked extensively with dementia, elderly people, people living with cancer and people following surgery.
