Professional and trustworthy

James was efficient, proactive and very kind. Really felt that he would guide us through the whole journey as first time buyers in Mauritius and he was completely on top of his game. Unlike other agencies, Very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of property in Mts (tax position etc)

Excellent place for a large family looking for privacy

After spending a few great days in the south at a resort with all its bonuses, we decided to explore the north. With three children and a wish for more family time, we chose James’ place — and what a treat it was!

It’s a beautiful property with ample space, a lovely garden, and a refreshing pool. The location is perfect — close to everything you need, including some of the best beaches and a charming café just at the end of the road.

The service was smooth and very professional. James and his team went above and beyond, even helping us find great local restaurants and places to visit.

We’d recommend renting a car or using taxis to get around, as walking paths are still a bit uncommon — but that just adds to the adventure.

We truly loved our stay here and can highly recommend both the place and the area. Bon voyage!
