JM Elevate is, in my experience, nothing more than a scam. The clothing I received looked absolutely nothing like the items advertised on their website and social media. The quality, fit, and overall appearance were extremely disappointing.

To make matters worse, the return process is unnecessarily complicated and incredibly expensive. Returns must be shipped back to China at the customer’s expense, and the shipping cost can be higher than the price of the item itself. At that point, you’re essentially forced to throw it away and lose your money.

I would strongly caution anyone considering a purchase from this company. What I received was not what was advertised, and the return policy makes it nearly impossible to obtain a refund.
