Super quality and super service
Bought a bowl lampshade for my art deco lamp. Shipped to an island in Greece extremely well packed and the sales service was very attentive, courteous and detail oriented.

At 3.43pm I received a very helpful response from Amy Martin, Office Manager with four relevant options This speedy, relevant response was "beyond excellence".
I have never experienced the like of it anywhere.
What more can I say?

Excellent shopping experience, great range of lights/accessories. Once order received, was expedited promptly and received all intact having been very well packed with FRAGILE tape on exterior of package, not all companies do this. Thank you!
