Order Never Received – Zero Communication & No Shipment

I am beyond frustrated with my experience with JMP Wood. I placed an order and was charged, but the item never shipped.
What makes this even worse is the complete lack of customer support. I have sent multiple emails over the last few weeks asking for an update or a tracking number, and I have been met with absolute silence. It is completely unacceptable for a company to take a customer's money and then essentially vanish.
At this point, I have no product and no explanation. This level of unprofessionalism is shocking, and I feel like I’ve been scammed. If you value your money and expect basic communication, avoid JMP Wood at all costs.
