The JMS Academy is an online swim academy, focused on bringing the high performance training tools to our members. Jack McMillan is a Gold Medal Olympian and created the JMS Academy to plug the gaps that so many clubs swimmers face. We work with both junior and masters swimmers, primarily focusing on mental training, technique analysis and race strategy. In an effort to help the younger version of himself achieve their goals. We work both online and in person and help our members with their training plans, group coaching and 1-1 coaching. All our training is carried out to the highest standard and knowledge that Jack has access to, as he still trains everyday with team GB.

Highly recommended for swimmers (competitive, masters, recreational)

We signed up for JMS academy 4 month program. My son has enjoyed working closely with Olympic swimmers. Jack and his team have provided race analysis and feedback and really got to know him. The academy itself has a treasure trove of everything your swimmer needs. Technique, Analysis of strokes and effective drills for them, Mindset, Race plans, Nutrition, Dry land and gym work.
They have everything covered and are so responsive and friendly. The are so many sessions - Q&A, analysing members swims, special guests.
We have passed our 4 month trial and we are staying. Genuinely so glad we found Jack and the academy!

Swim academy with the personal touch

From the first conversation I felt confident that what the academy offers was the perfect fit for me. Fantastic knowledge being shared, amazing personal swim sets and great video analysis. Has completely given me the boost I needed and my times started falling within weeks of joining. Both Jack and Joe are amazing!
