Great product Terrible customer service

This company offers a great product, but their return policy and their customer service is terrible. Since the product is fashion not for practicality or Everyday Use we will not be purchasing anything from this company anymore. They refused to return an accidental double order. So we will probably sell both brand new pairs to recoup our money and never buy from this company again. If they would have returned one pair, we would have kept the other ,along with the pair we already have and continued to be a brand ambassador. We feel taken advantage of and will urge others not to do business with this company.

Sent wrong item

bought for Christmas and they sent the wrong colour despite ordering the correct colour then made us pay to return the item and faffed around for 2 months trying to figure it out .

Return policy is misleading. Customer service is awful.

Return policy is false. Return policy is for an exchange or store credit is what it states. What is actually is exchange for the same item. Otherwise you have to wait 6 business days after the item was received to them to get a store credit. If there was a sale going on, and they took 7 days like in my case to issue the credit, even after repeated emails, they won’t help or honor a sale. Horrible customer service. False info and misleading on their site. Unethical company.

Poor customer service

Be careful! If you buy the jeans make sure you have a video of you opening them and sending them back. they make claims false claims against customers making returns. Check the BBB website do your research.
