I ordered and paid for a large blue dog paw cleaner web page saying delivery 5-10 days waited weeks and weeks to be delivered a small pink paw cleaner emailed and posted pictures of wrong order got a reply saying they would check order and said it was wrong waited weeks again and emailed again for update and was told it was passed to management then waited weeks and weeks again with nothing I am now at 9 weeks wait for delivery of proper order I have emailed all contact and phone but everything is saying email and calls rejected so I have no faith in this company

I ordered and paid for a dog bed in July 2023. Despite endless apologies and excuses, the dog bed has still not been delivered and it is now February 2024. In desperation I asked my bank to refund the money taken in July and suddenly Joa have offered a refund, which they refused to do before.
Appalling service.

Joa are a joke,this is discusting,same story,dog bed,fobbed off with story’s since July 2023,and since Dec no contact,thieving ********

All I can say is they are "Bloody Crooks!"
Sadly I didn't pay through Pal pay so have to bite the bullet and be out of pocket!

Like others I wish I had looked here first. Terrible, terrible company. Ordered a dog bed in August and still not arrived. Keep saying there is a delay and won't cancel the order. Can only return when you actually receive it but as others say it has to go back to China.
After 18 weeks I contacted Paypal today and completed a dispute transaction and they refunded the money straight away. I hope they can claim it back from Joa

Oh my gosh, I wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. This company has a co.uk address but is based in the Netherlands and ships from China. I paid for 5 to 10 day shipping and before I even had order confirmation I received a discount for future orders because my order had been delayed. It took 4 full weeks to arrive and when it did it was exceptionally poor quality with holes in the stitching. I received automated emails whenever I emailed them saying they’d get back to me in one business day then nothing else would happen. I feel like I’ve been properly scammed and I fell for it without even thinking. I don’t expect to get a refund and I have to live with my carbon footprint which is enormous for a piece of tat that has travelled most of the globe to sit in my living room unused.

Ordered a dog bed on 6th Nov 3-5 days delivery it arrived 2nd Dec and the quality is awful! Nothing like the picture or description, no filling. Looks like the company has disappeared as phone number doesn't work, emails are being returned as address unknown and the website has now disappeared. Complete fraud and crooks

I wish I had read the current reviews sooner! I have bought from them before and been very satisfied but it looks as though the bed I ordered in October is not going to arrive .... I have tried every means of contacting them - no response. I'm off to Pets at Home for an alternative so that our 'guest' has a bed for Christmas - such a shame.

Poor quality and not the correct sizing give this company a wide berth as customer service is also equally poor

Ordered a dog bed on 5th Nov 3-5 days delivery it arrived today 2nd Dec and the quality is awful! Jagged edges with sewing no padding atall, the dogs may aswell be laid on the floor ! I'd usually throw my dog beds away when they feel like this no filling whatsoever!

Incompetent Company They Reply to emails with lies and missiformation items don't arrive

Ordered 2 dog beds in July……still no items received. Repetative same emails as a response to my complaint emails, do not order from this joke of a company. How they are getting away with this is beyond me. Wish I had checked this website first.

Took a couple of months to arrive and when it did it was terrible quality. Supposed to be a deep anti anxiety dog bed and there is hardly any filling, not fit for purpose.

How do you give negative stars? As so many others have experienced, this Chinese based company are thieves out to get your money. I am up to about 30 emails; all my emails are responded to with meaningless excuses and reasons why I am still waiting for a dog bed ( I made the initial order on 27.8.23 and am still waiting two and a half months later). I requested its cancellation but apparently they were unable to do this? I too have now contacted my CC company to see if I can be refunded, but I’m expecting that to fail too. Under no circumstances deal with this company. I am making it my mission to put them out of business. They are completely fraudulent.

I ordered a dog bed described as comfort orthopaedic dog bed. It took a whole month to arrive and when it did I realised I’d made a big mistake. It wasn’t orthopaedic at all it wasn’t stuffed with much padding at all my poor 15 year old pooch whom I brought it for couldn’t sleep in that. I asked for a refund originally was offered 20 and 30% off any other product but declined. I am a crafting person so rectify the problem myself with memory foam I had, it’s now fit for purpose and saved me the cost of returning it. The photo shows the contents of the middle cushion part.I will be checking properly next time I order anything that it’s not from china.

Ordered a grey dog bed in March 2023 but received the wrong one (the only positive in my experience is that a bed actually arrived). To cut a long story short, a dozen or so emails led to them agreeing (at the end of August) to send a replacement… nothing has materialised to date.

I’m currently back into a cycle of “issues with the supplier” or it’s been “coordinated with the team” type responses to my numerous requests for a refund - which are always ignored.

As we actually got a bed from them (albeit the wrong one) I’m not quite as annoyed as others might be, but would definitely advise against buying anything from these cowboys.

Awful company. Never received my order and no contact from them. They just took my money and that was that. SCAMMERS!

Please beware. Ordered two dog coats based on picture size chart but would barely fit over my dog's heads. Having real issues getting return or refund info. Quality of coats okay but size chart wildly inaccurate and totally misleading.

Ordered a dog bed from these after seeing a advertisement and reading their reviews (on there page not here) it says 7-10 tracked shipping after a week the shipping status hadn’t changed 2 weeks later I emailed to be told it had been sent and was out of their hands once it had been posted.
Over a month later it’s arrived…. Nothing like the pictures really poor quality and from China! None of this is explained on the website. Will never order from them again… the two stars is because mine actually turned up unlike others.

Shocking company, dishonest advertising, and no communication. Luckily PayPal refunded me my money after multiple attempts to contact the sham company with no response. With id seem these reviews before I ordered.
