I ordered a fleece for my dog using the sizing guide on the website which was called the 'Size-olator' - a row of pictures of example dog breeds ranging from a tiny breed up to a german shepherd and larger. The picture guide showed 'large' as fitting either a labrador or visler sized dog so I ordered a large as my dog is slightly smaller than a labrador. When the product arrived it would have only fitted a small spaniel and was nowhere near big enough for a labrador, though it was labelled as a large. I contacted the company planning to return the item for a refund as it was not as described on their website - customers are buying products based on a size guide that is completely wrong. I was told I could return the item but this was at my own expense - over £9 to return, which was not worth it against the original purchase price. I asked for a return label but was told this was not possible and all they could offer was a 15% refund. Despite several emails the company avoided acknowledging any fault from their end though I kept pointing out that I purchased the item in good faith on their flawed size recommendation chart. I decided I had no energy left to continue emailing back and forth when I was getting nowhere, so I just took the pathetic 15% refund and now have a useless product. I will never buy from this company again and will tell others to avoid it. Polite enough on emails but the customer service in terms of resolving the issue was poor.

3 stars, and I've not even received my order yet. Their website states for UK customers "Processing time and Dispatch location - The current processing time is half a day and is carried out from United Kingdom".
Well processing time has been 3 days and when I click on the tracking link I just received, it's being shipped from China. I feel duped. I wouldn't be surprised now if this is just a company holding name in the Netherlands for a company based in China. I certainly didn't do my research this time around. Depending on what is delivered, I will adjust my review and star rating accordingly. So anyone reading this, just be aware.

Wrong size bed sent. Was told via email I had to pay for return postage and this was to china and would cost over £25. They wouldn’t confirm if they would refund postage and despite their website stating money back guarantee I have not been refunded. They are now refusing to answer my emails. The X-Large dog bed wouldn’t even fit my spaniel. Yet on the website a German shepherd is on it. Fancy website claims. Poor customer service
