I ordered balls of wool for my partner
I ordered balls of wool for my partner, she needed for a knit she was doing, after weeks of trawling the Internet she stumbled across Joal crafts and even better she saw the wool she was after, so for a surprise I bought the wool, delighted that it came promptly earlier than expected and well wrapped and clearly labelled.

Baby penguin needle felting kit
Purchased a needle felting kit. Price was fine. Thought the postage was a bit expensive. Kit arrived inside a cardboard box which was way too large so that might explain the postage. Kit itself was great. Plenty of wool, instructions were reasonable easy to understand and I was really pleased with the result.

Hi Amanda, thank you for this 5 star review. Our postage cost is £3.99 and free if you spend over £30 because we dispatch all orders on a Royal Mail 24 service, the box size does not vary this cost unfortunately. We will look at introducing a cheaper 48 service alongside the 24 service as this would reduce the delivery costs, we are really pleased you enjoyed the kit, happy crafting!

Knitting needles
Needles came quickly, they’re a bit short in length, my own fault, I didn’t realise there was different length sizes, box they came in, was a bit big! Would buy from Joal’s Crafts again
