Great service
The easy to use website and ordering was excellent. Parcel arrived in good time. The only problem was that I ordered a knitting pattern which came in an envelope with a firm back and an extremely sticky opening...Hence, when I went to remove the pattern it STUCK. I tried to free it as best I could but, unfortunately pulled off some of the knitting instructions.

We are sorry to read what has happened to your knitting pattern as like you say we send these in hard back envelopes to stop the pattern getting bent etc, we will review how we send these in future to try and stop the same incident happening again.
