Im so happy with my gifts. I have the transparent travel bag and makeup bag from the butterfly spirit collection. The print is delicate and so elegant. The material and finishing are high excellent.The ladybug detail on the clasp is so cute. Im in love with everything about this brand.

I ordered a wash bag for my wife & it came with some beauty products inside, unfortunately one of them had leaked (dry skin oil) & it had gone everywhere & even peaked o. To my settee, I emailed customer service, who let me choose a replacement item, totally free of charge. I can not fault their customer service at all & my wife is very happy with her replacement beauty products, as well as her beautiful wash bag.

I ordered a pretty toiletry travel bag for my girlfriend as I know how much she loves travelling. Initially, I ordered it because of the unique design that was very original and unlike anything else out there - quirky yet classy. When it arrived within 2 days, I didn't realise this bag would be so carefully thought of from the design element - There are so many pockets, compartments, zips, features, hooks etc.- they thought of everything literally!
Sadly they did not have the colour I wanted but it didn't bother me so much because the other colours were amazing too - but just to mention the customer service...they included a free goody in the bag itself as a sorry for not having the colour I wanted. This is professionalism! After gifting this to my girlfriend I'll definitely be showing her this brand and spreading the word.

The make up pouch arrived and was beautifully wrapped, the only downside to the whole experience was the lining of the bag is really thin and there is already some wear with a hole about to appear, other than that I can't wait to start using it!
