Ordered 2 BOOKS, got 2 poorly printed small posters

I purchased a set of two books at the official website of Joan Cornella ("2 BOOKS: MOX NOX & ZONZO", order number DOBXTQDSQ). I received
Hello again. I ordered the set of two books ("2 BOOKS: MOX NOX & ZONZO", order number DOBXTQDSQ). The packaged that I received has only two small posters. How it is possible to mistake two books for two pieces of paper I will never know. I still hope this was an accident.
I also print art and sell it (but the quality is WAY superior in comparison to those little pieces of paper.

very bad experience

Ordered 4 posters 2 months ago which up to date I haven't received either. I am so mad. The customer service team is also no help at all and replies with useless answers instead of offering solutions...
