Findings for orders received.

The Airfryer has a broken casing. The projectors have burnt out LEDs and do not work. They all have problems that were not communicated. For all returned goods and entered into the auction, their condition with the existing problems should be displayed.

resonable delivery time aprox 4 days from the payment until handover to freight company + 4 days Poland - Romania

Logistics (delivery) - ok. Ordering - application looks ok and working fine. I was not able to use automatic bid.
Understanding terms and conditions, I still have the comment that the products need to be checked by jobalots prior to publish them on the site - some are totally broken/ destroid and should not be listed. Similar discussions for the ones with accesorries. In the same idea of checking the products prior to publish them on the site, will be fair (and I am sure you will gain more trust and customers) if for the ones with missing accesories you will have a clear mention on the site in regards with this.

All good,sometimes I got broken…

All good,sometimes I got broken stuff,but people need to understand that it's mostly customer returns for reason.Only thing I wish there would be actual photos of items,but considering how many items they have stock, it's understandable.

Didn’t even bid on the item (pallet)…

Didn’t even bid on the item (pallet) and all of a sudden money went out of my account. When I’ve checked, the system couldn’t show me any details about this bid or when it was placed.

Charging without reason

Reason of that 1 Star is what jobalots become I was buying from them and wasn't any issue till now when they just charged my bank account without reason just sent order invoice which was fulfilled one year ago and charged my bank account. When I send them email askin why there no answer at all . They help pages have no contact at all so that degradation is horrible and when they start charging accounts without reason that is concerning.

Horrible!

I have ordered before, and it was okay, so I decided to order more this month. Oh my god! Espresso machine (65 euro w/o taxes) - not working, bedding set (7.05) -old smelly fabric instead, pet playpen (3.50) - didn't receive, faucet (25.79) -broken, filter jugs (6.98) - broken with no cartridges, test tubes (1.36)- 12 missing, massager (12.84) - not working. This is within two orders; I have two more on the way, and I am horrified!

I do order regularly from Jobalots but…

I do order regularly from Jobalots but I've had a few too many items in my last few orders that are broken or used cosmetics which I obviously can't sell on.
I have had some fantastic lots though.
It is hit and miss sometimes and you will get that from these types of auctions.
But overall I'm addicted 🤦🏽‍♀️ especially when they do free shipping.

loss of order maid payment said pending…

loss of order maid payment said pending went to bed got up and you said I had not paid so you have re listed have sent you a pic to say this has happened and payment pending have had to put my card details in 3 times so I am mot happy this was 16 approx last month

DOG CHEWED headphones

I bid and won headphones, these where a returned item. Fine.

However the headphones had been completely destroyed, broken and chewed by a dog. 2 months later im still trying to get my £8 back as a principle, I must have had approx 10 emails from them, which would have cost them more than the price I paid for the headphones.

Refused to refund me.

You don't really expect a returned item to be completely chewed by a dog.

They should look at items before they sell them. Unless of course they are connected with the company that deals with returns.

Faulty Power bank without its charging cable delivered

It has now been four days since I lodged a complaint regarding the faulty power bank without charging cable that was delivered, and I'm yet to receive a resolution In addition, the smartwatch in another delivery arrived without its charging cable, and the winding knob is not functioning.
