Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 66 reviews, most reviewers were unhappy with their experience overall. Many consumers complained heavily about the subscription costs and expressed deep frustration regarding ongoing difficulties when trying to cancel their active accounts. People also noted that the artificial intelligence frequently generated inaccurate resume information, poor job matching, and completely irrelevant search results that ultimately failed to secure any job interviews. However, some customers also noted that the core automation features were genuinely helpful, stating that the platform successfully saves hours on tedious and repetitive tasks. A few other people also felt that having a dedicated dashboard keeps their entire job hunt organized in one clean place.

Doesn't apply to jobs properly; Cut my Money two times instead of cancelling my subscription

They cut my money automatically, Twice, just when I clicked the "Cancel Subscription" Button.

They bragged a lot. Like the current AI trend, they also intend to market It as "Revolutionary". But even after using all the right configurations, (I am an Engineer and a UX Designer, Please don't say that I got the configurations wrong) it was pretty horrible.

At first, it applies to some jobs and stops gradually. And the things said in the application are quite often wrong. For a week, applied to 17 jobs in total the first 2 days. then stopped miserably. DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU WANT TO LAND JOBS.

Jerin has unfortunately been very dishonest with us and this review is misleading. We explained to him that his credit card payment failed multiple times, which is why his copilot was stopping and not applying to jobs. When his payments did go through finally, we refunded him as a good gesture for him to try it free. Despite that, he decided to leave this review and has been unreachable since. This is quite disappointing and unethical behavior from Jerin.

It was advertised as a free basic…

It was advertised as a free basic package. I set everything up for a trial, but in the end, they asked me to pay. I'm happy to pay if I know it actually works for at least 15 days

Hello David, we think you may be posting this review under the wrong company. JobCopilot does not have a free trial, nor does it advertise any free trials.

Hi Pratik, we had a look at your copilot and noticed you never activated it. As a result it's never going to apply for jobs. Please email us at contact(at)jobcopilot.com, or send us a message via the Support button on your dashboard and we will:
1. Refund your payment
2. Show you how to configure your copilot
Best regards,

Let me tell you about jobcopilot.com

I am here to tell you about my experiences with jobcopilot.com and personally feel like this company does not deserve a 5 star review. I was very angry last week and the CEO took it upon themselves to look me up in their system which I don't condone. I wrote a nasty email to them pointing out flaws especially for the price they were charging. I was very excited about the service but I felt like it fell short, too short. It doesn't have a very good resume builder and how it applies for job is I guess come inside jobs posting service. You can only put down a few job titles for it search for and you will get tons of stuff unrelated as well. They kept telling me you can vet the application before it submits it like that is a clear solution. Besides Job titles (only allows a handful of Job titles for the search by the way) the only way to include or exclude something is well tag words for including or excluding stuff in the job post. You would spend more time tweaking the thing than applying for jobs. Lets get to the jobs it's submitting for. I wouldn't even bother for having it apply for remote jobs because I had so many that were clearly not remote job that it randomly applied for. I think like most of them were like that when I selected it to apply for remote work and the JobCopilot CEO was like well the client must have submitted it with the remote work tag. Here I am thinking the whole point of spending $30 a month was to give me less work? This company has reported my reviews several times (Yes JobCopilot CEO I can see every time you report my review, trustpilot tells me) in hopes to get it removed. I was personally going to remove after I was done being mad but they were very persistent on flagging my review so I have taken it even more personal to tell my story in hopes it will helps others. I have since gone back to applying for jobs manually again and actually getting interviews again which I didn't hear a peep out of the 60-70 ish jobcopilot.com applied for. I mean come on at least one of them you would thing you would hear something from and they all can't be waiting for the holidays to be over. This is the real world JobCopilot CEO! I also personally question a lot of this sites reviews because they look like what AI would come up. You guys can do your own research on the company but before you try I would definitely do that research.

Hi Kerrigan,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I’m really sorry to hear that JobCopilot didn’t meet your expectations. I can tell how frustrating this has been for you, and I appreciate you being so open and detailed about what went wrong.
It sounds like a big part of the frustration came from the job matching and filtering system, especially for remote roles, and I completely get why that’s disappointing. While we rely on the tags employers use in job posts, it’s clear we need to improve how our system filters and matches those roles to avoid these kinds of mismatches.
I also hear you on the customization and keyword tweaks. The whole point of JobCopilot is to save time, not add extra work, so it’s frustrating to hear that it felt like more effort than doing things manually. That’s something we’ll keep improving to make the process smoother.
About the reviews being flagged, I want to personally apologize if that made you feel dismissed or unheard. We do monitor reviews to make sure they’re fair. We didn't feel like your first review was fair and it contained foul language and so we unfortunately had to flag it, but it was never our intention to come across as trying to silence your voice. Your feedback is important, and I genuinely appreciate it because it helps us get better.
I’m also sorry you didn’t get the results you were hoping for, especially when it comes to interviews. I know how much effort goes into job searching, and the lack of responses is disappointing to say the least. While we can’t control every factor in the hiring process, it’s clear we need to do more to help our users see meaningful results and there are number of products our team is working on to.
As I mentioned to you over email, we have refunded your subscription, and that's something we do when our users are dissatisfied with the experience.
Your feedback is honest, and that’s exactly what helps us improve. While I wish your experience had been better, I do hope we’ll get the chance to win back your trust in the future. In the meantime, I want to wish you all the best in your job search, you clearly know what works best for you, and I’m glad you’re seeing success.
If there’s anything more you’d like to share, I’m always open to hearing it, you have my email.
Take care and happy holidays,
Emmanuel

Extremely effective and well-managed.

I've been using the tool for 2 weeks now and have had outstanding results. My search is unique, so my options are limited. The tool is able to work with that and only apply me to jobs that I am interested in and qualified for.

Emmanuel, the co-founder, reached out to me personally because I hadn't set my account up properly. He helped me get my settings correct so I'd get the best experience.

Later, he helped me again with personalized advice.

I've applied for 100s of jobs over the past 11 months and nothing was clicking. I've already been contacted for 2 first-round interviews in two weeks.

So I can 100% say the tool works. Given my success rate over the past year, there's no way I'd job hunt again without this kind of help.

Better than other auto-apply products

I've tried different auto-apply products (there aren't many) and JobCopilot comes out the best. Better ability to narrow down the jobs you want, and they seem to have a larger job pool than other auto-apply tools.
Very fast customer service as well. My questions were answered within the day.
