Very poor service despite being told of a communicative service at the onset, waited 2N o weeks with no commu ication, then given apologies stillwaiting for more info 3No weeks later, despite numerous phone calls with no response. Now given up and found a role elsewhere

Stride have a fantastic team who are friendly and helpful They find the right balance and aren't overly pushy which is refreshing when compared to some recruiters I have dealt with. The online portal that is used to track everything is the best I have used within the recruitment market, it definitely gives a competitive advantage.

I had a great experience using Stride. Once I completed my account I was presented with opportunities from some great companies. Danielle was super helpful throughout the whole process. I had my interview and started training the next day, and I've just completed my first full week at a cool new startup! Thanks Stride :)

Looking for jobs is a long slog. I’ve signed up to several online recruiters to help me with the process but Stride have been outstanding. They call you to have a chat and expand on what you’ve put on your profile. It gives you a little bit of hope that the endless hours you spend tapping away on the computer aren’t being dumped into a big black hole and someone is giving you the time of day and reading what you’ve put on your profile. Their system is quick and tailored to your preferences. It’s like having a personal recruiter without spending a load of cash on it.

The platform is easy to use, it is lengthy to complete at the beginning but once you complete your profile, regular opportunities are presented to you. I think doing the video on the profile section is an extra plus. Their talent success team is really helpful too, very quick to respond to enquiries and expose you to opportunities of your interested. Their approach is personalised which has made it a good experience for me!

Absolutely outstanding customer service. The most genuine, caring recruiters I’ve ever dealt with. Simple, well laid out platform that isn't over the top and has great application incentives. Ready to start not just any old job in sales, but just the right kind of niche sales/marketing role that I have been endlessly searching for. Thank you Job lab, you’re brilliant.

After spending a few months job searching as a fresh graduate, passing by various agencies that boasted about how they wanted to ”find the right job for me”, it was refreshing to find an agency that actually cared about doing just that.
JobLab has a growing bank of very interesting employers in the tech start-up industry and the profile you create on it really helps emphasise what you can bring to the table. The feature to upload a video, introducing your profile to prospective employers, was very useful! Especially for someone like me that can sell myself a lot better in person than on paper. Having interested employer’s reach out to you also means you can invest your time on applications/interviews that actually will get responses.
I am happy to say I secured a job I enjoy thanks to JobLab, they even sent my office some delicious Donuts which went down a treat!

My experience with JobLab is completely unparalleled and unprecedented. Given that, when I signed up, it was just another online job site.

The first thing that stood out was that I received a phone call from the team the next day to see how everything had gone with getting my profile set up! This was mind-blowing that a human called me to make sure everything was fine! Especially since I had spent time completing profiles for at least 15 other similar platforms, and all they hit you with is spam.

This brings me smoothly onto the next point - emails from Joblab. When, and only when, something relevant pops up, I get an email. Not everyday, not every job within a vague connection, not within the entire country. Just the right ones.

I loved the ability to upload a number of 'video interviews', which really help to put yourself across as a person, where your CV completely fails to do that part.

When I finally needed to speak to somebody, I shot out an email and heard back within minutes. I didn't expect to have a caring person like Sandra on the other side. She reassured me and solved all of my problems super super quickly!

By landing a job with JobLab, I earnt myself £100! For getting myself a job! £100! Doesn't even make sense! And then, to top it all off, on my 4th day of work (today), I had a delivery to the office. Completely unexpected. No idea who it was from. IT WAS A BOX OF DELICIOUS DONUTS.

All in all, I'm so shocked that it's possible for anybody to innovate around their customer experience so much in an industry which typically sucks. I always had interest in my profile, was alerted about it, got feedback when it was relevant, had a friendly person well within reach, accumulated money whilst I searched, and found my dream job. Couldn't be happier or recommend JobLab any higher!

Easy to use platform that has a good amount of candidates interested in Inside Sales opportunities. Still some growing pains in terms of their technology, but overall good experience.

They stay on top of their clients and candidates, and are always willing to lend a helping hand!

I have been using JobLab exclusively now as it is significantly better than any alternative out there!

I have been applying in joblab but i find it too difficult to get a job in UK as i am based in Malaysia. Perhaps, JobLab should focus also in outside UK applicants and somehow it may create a big help to us and get us a fair competition amongst applicants whom already based in UK
