Thanks for visiting Trustpilot. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to leave a review here anymore because the company’s website has closed. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I didn’t receive any email in advance of the next payment and got absolutely shocked to see it was 69€ a month 😳WTAF!!! Of course I did not get any job thanks to them.
This is the worst scam ever. Shame on you!
Unfair Billing & No Response from JobLeads
I signed up for JobLeads’ 14-day trial and was charged for renewal at 12:00 AM without a confirmation email or warning email like other trusted websites and no mandate showed on my credit card. Within just 20 minutes, I canceled and submitted multiple refund requests. To my shock, I have not received even a single acknowledgment or confirmation email.
I can see that my emails were opened by JobLeads’ support and leadership, yet they have chosen to completely ignore me. This level of neglect is extremely unprofessional. The situation left me so stressed that I had to block my credit card to prevent further charges.
I am not in a financial position to lose money like this. A genuine platform would honor immediate cancellations and respond to customers. Instead, JobLeads has shown no accountability.
I have now raised a dispute with my bank, and I urge others to be cautious before trusting this service. Transparency and respect for customers should be the bare minimum.
I wish I could leave 0 stars.
I wish I could leave 0 stars.
This platform will bait you into paying only 3 EUR just to steal your payment information, they then will bite you with a full 70 EUR charge without notice and they will refuse a refund at all cost. They won't even provide you with a cancellation button once you're locked in, pure fraud!
What's even worse the service on itself is so lame, you'll get a CV building template that is very impractical to use, and generates basic resumes you could easily generate through microsoft word with less effort. CV reviews are so shallow and generic and could not really be relied upon for serious job applications.
Do yourself a favour and flee, LinkedIn is for free and better or if you opt in for premium it is much cheaper for 100x better value, and most importantly they won't steal your money.
as many others have said already
as many others have said already, they tried to charge me also 69 euro for the "Premium" package. Good thing I blocked the payments towards them after being charged for the trial. Not only that, but they always "find" companies with 99% or 100% match rate, but I didn't actually find a job that suits me. The whole thing is a scam and you and your money should stay away from them.
Horrible
Horrible! They took personal information that made it easy for people to figure out my age (i was foolish to provide some of it, such as year of college graduation). When i cancelled my subscription right away i have not been able to contact anyone to remove all of my information. Customer service is the worst and impossible to contact!!! I’m ready to take legalnaction!!
Waste of time and money
I would select zero stars if I could. They simply bring in job postings from other boards. Nothing new. Nothing helpful. Something you already access for free. On top of that, their customer service is horrendous. They don’t actually offer your money back if you’re dissatisfied. Don’t waste your time with these guys.

Data harvesting scam job site
Data harvesting scam job site - be warned!
Don't let the $2.99 trial fool you!
They suck you in with the $2.99 trial but before you know it you're paying $69.90 a month. The quality of job leads is subpar with little relevance to job skills. You will get multiple emails daily with "job leads" that just spam up your inbox. Their advertising guarantees are far from what the site delivers. Once they start billing you trying to cancel is a nightmare. Do not waste your time on this site.
Re-posts expired jobs to get you to sign up for premium
They re-post expired jobs and lock them behind a premium service paywall.
A job will appear on a regular google search, being posted within the last X amount of time, you get redirected to jobleads.io when you click on apply, then you see the actual job listing was posted 30+ days ago, go check the companies website and there is no active job of that title.
Pure scam preying on the vulnerable in society.
Will not stop spamming
Will not stop spamming me. Blocked them, unsubscribed, emailed asking them to remove me. Sick of their constant, unwanted emails
I attempted to cancel, Scam Artists.
I attempted to cancel, but they obscure the "final step" so you get charged. There are no humans to get help from, and the service does have valid job postings, they are all expired or irrelevant to my search terms. It's pretending to be based in the U.S. but it's not, total garbage.
Stay away - Scam Tactics and Email Harassment
JobLeads is a complete scam. I unsubscribed multiple times, yet they continue to spam me with unwanted emails. Their unsubscribe links are useless, and they ignore all attempts to stop communication. This is clear harassment and should be reported to data protection authorities. Avoid this platform at all costs.
You are scam artists- DONT SIGN-UP they WILL RIP YOU OFF
You are scam artists, you have a hidden automatic membership. The innocent job seeker signs-up on a month trial at R49 , only applies for 1 job and then you are quickly converted into a full blown "Premium Membership" as you keep debiting my credit card . you have no morals or ethics , you feed off who are desparately looking for work. I have lost R 1358 over 2 months. You are highly immoral.

If I could leave no stars I would
If I could leave no stars I would. You see a job that you want to apply for and it states that you need to pay £2.99 for access, pay it, only to find the job does not exist and cannot be applied for. At no point do you agree to any other services. All other jobs are irrelevant and no use. All info on there can be readily found for free. Then after 14 days and no warning, they take £59 from your account for no service at all. Absolute joke and total scam- AVOID, AVOID. PayPal will not help you and I cannot believe that even with their reviews etc they are still operating.
Jobleads is the closest to being a…
Jobleads is the closest to being a scam. You are directed to their website from job posting adverts where you then have to pay, because you want to apply for that particular job, to then automatically subscribe to a trial period that last 2 weeks. If you don’t cancel it, although from all their website navigation you have tried unsuccessfully, you then end up being charged and no refund is made, although you haven’t used the membership and contacted them on the day they took the payment. They don’t offer any value for money, but are betting on people being charged for memberships they don’t want! A disgrace for the jobseekers out there that are on a budget and have not benefited out of any of their service, but have been charged like they have… this is close to fraudulent practices and I will report this further! I expected fairness and for them to refund me!
Misleading Subscription Tactics and Poor Customer Support
I gave this company a chance because I saw an ad on LinkedIn. After signing up for their free promotion, I attempted to cancel the free subscription before being charged. However, the cancellation process was extremely challenging. To make matters worse, they concealed the cancellation process and failed to inform me that I needed to cancel in advance. This was simply another tactic to generate revenue.
Disappointed, I reached out to Jobleads for assistance, but their customer service was equally disappointing. In conclusion, this company is a scam. Everything they offer can be done for free. Therefore, I strongly advise against signing up for their “try it for a month” subscription. The cancellation process is difficult, and it’s an expensive “service” that you can easily obtain for free.
