Scam. Site is just ChatGPT with a name that will attract jobseekers. All it does is tell you your resume sucks and that you need more instances of every word (not even keywords) from the JD. The templates are also hard to use. Very disappointed.

Great tool to help you customize your resume and match key words in job descriptions (which seems to be the only way to get your resume seen and through the initial screening process) in order to move to an interview stage. I probably applied for 500+ jobs and landed about 20 or so interviews over 8 months time, which is pretty good from what I've been told by recruiters. I am fairly certain I would have had much less success without Jobscan's help! I finally was hired and I am starting the new job next Monday! Thank you! Well worth the money!

Jobscan was tremendously helpful in securing 2 fantastic jobs within 8 months. 1 a short contract and then a much desired permanent role. My applications started making it pass ATS to the desks of real people for a change. That was also a huge learning process when it comes to tailoring CVs and cover letters to roles.

I love Jobscan. I used it primarily to make it past the ATS resume barriers on job applications. I found it to be very successful for the jobs that I was most qualified for. In other words, your intention should not be to embellish your resume, but rather to tailor your resume experience using key words from the job posting to make it past the ATS checks. Once your resume makes to an actual human being, it's up to you to take it from there. Great service! Thanks Phoebe and team!

Great App for getting feedback on ATS systems, and then also being able to track applications seamlessly. Just a great experience overall with JobScan

JobScan was tremendously helpful in improving the match of my resume with descriptions of several potential jobs. I applied to two engineering positions in very different industries. I completed multiple rounds of interviews with both companies and accepted an offer as a Senior Engineer in my field.

Of all the interviews I had in the last several months, 80% of them were post Jobscan!

Used Jobscan for about 2.5 months before I found a job -- worth every penny! It felt weird paying to help me get a job but in this ATS-driven job market it was amazing -- I basically used it to keep pulling keywords out of job descriptions and pumping those into my resume in a natural way until I hit the "ready to apply" score. I loved that I could do that from my Word docs and not be forced to use their inbuilt editor. Using Jobscan I was getting an interview rate of about 1/10 applications to interview which is a real improvement (I was at like 1/20 to 1/30 before).

Overall if you're hesitating, try it for a month. It really helped me!

Illegally keeping subscription active. I have cancelled my subscription 3x and after a few days, they would still charge! This has happened on many occasions and I have proof of attempts to charge on my card. Everytime I cancel, they would say, the premium subscription expires a few days from the day I cancelled. There is no way to remove your payment details. Each time I press downgrade again, it just says “I’m on the premium plan”. This is illegal. I have never been so angry of a company that uses illegal practices.
