Really disappointing experience with…
Really disappointing experience with Jobstep. The AI gave my CV a score and suggested several improvements, but when I asked it to actually implement those suggestions, my score didn’t improve. It was frustrating to get recommendations that the AI itself couldn’t successfully apply.
On top of that, after using the service for a while, I was told that I had used up my chats for the day. This limit was not clearly communicated to me beforehand, which was very disappointing.
I also requested a refund under the advertised 7-day refund policy, but Jobstep refused to give me one.
Overall, I found the AI unreliable, the chat limitations unclear, and the refund experience very disappointing. I would not recommend Jobstep based on my experience.
