This was, by far, the most comprehensive test I've ever taken for an assessment like this and I really appreciate that. I've only seen the limited version of my report, but the personality section is... See more

I had such a great experience working with Erin Howard. She is a wonderful listener, she is personable and friendly, down-to-earth, and professional. She offered constructive solutions to my questions, and was an absolute delight to work with. I would recommend Erin wholeheartedly and without hesitation.

I am very satisfied with the detailed analysis I received from the company. The report provided helped me to look at other careers as a possible next chapter. I wanted to know what other type of work would be a great fit for my personality, skill set and qualifications. Jobtest.org does a great job of presenting you with options you may not have considered based upon those criteria and others.

I came across Jobtest.org after a stunning rejection from an organization I had been with for over a decade. After all my years of hard work and dedication I just wasn't advancing. I got to the point where I just couldn't take it anymore, but I had no idea which way to go. My job coach, Linda, really took the time to get to know me and talked through so many details with me. She helped me figure out the best direction to go in, and helped me polish up my resume so I could start putting myself out there for jobs. It took longer than I wanted it to, but it's finally all coming together. I left my teaching job last week after 16 years. Monday I start my new career in Real Estate! I can't wait! I am so grateful to my job coach for helping me navigate this transition!

The details in the results provided an outside perspective that truly helped me not feel so narrow-minded about my experience and the space I may know but do not want to be in forever.

Nothing is more annoying than completing/providing data to someone and them not disclosing the pricing first. Regardless if the data is “destroyed” there should be full disclosure and consenting first. Sorta basic rights…

The coaching process with Coach Linda Leake has far exceeded my expectations. Her approach to writing my resume, updating my LinkedIn Profile, and interview coaching has been top-notch. Prior to working with Linda, I had not received a single interview. Within a week of receiving my finalized resume, I received multiple. I recommend JobTest and Coach Linda Leake to anyone who needs help during their transition period.

Most sites provide the test. Jobtest's assessment was an easy yet comprehensive experience. Personal interests, personality, and career options were seamlessly integrated in the questions asked, along with research supporting some of the responses. It was very personalized and human-centric. As I waited for my responses to load, I was engaged by a coach who explained the process and next steps. Then, the free report provided great information to begin my personal exploration. The site provides resources and tips to help along the career journey.

I wasn't quite sure what I was getting into but I just kept going step by step which led me to a coaching session with Erin. She was super positive and encouraging and helped me identify some immediate steps to take. She gave me the encouragement I needed to begin taking some action toward a new job direction. I found the personality test to be affirming and the jobtest job suggestions to be eye opening.

I really like the program. I found out I knew exactly what I'd be good at. I had just being looking at it under the wrong title for the position. It looks like their coaching services would be of value as well. I'm just not in a position to spend any money towards that.
If you guys are able to implement a system where you take a percentage of what somebody earns, after they get hired, you would be able to help more people. That's my only recommendation. Otherwise, it looks like you have developed a very good model to help people make their next career steps.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Julie MacWilliams for career coaching while navigating a major career change. Julie has all of the qualities of a great coach - she is knowledgable, supportive, and has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend!
Mollie was great to work with. I was a personal review and she took the time to offer suggestions. The Job evaluation was very helpful!
I had my coaching Session with Shannon Ring yesterday and I was totally impressed with the whole experience. I was expecting a rehearsed generic coach session, and that was not wat it was at all. Shannon took the time to review my Resume and Linked In, and had good, serious advice and recommendations that really helped. Highly recommend Shannon.
