I was (and continue to be) quite impressed with the process I’ve encountered at Jobtest and with my career coach, Tom Chapman. I thought this would just be a test and then a bunch of links to help point me in some directions, but it has been much more than that. I’m already planning on going to my first job fair this weekend with my new resume and a newfound sense of direction, motivation, and purpose. Thank you!

I'm teetering on the idea of retiring from my current job and wanted to get an idea of what else I could do with my life. Something that pays well but gives me a work life balance and something I'd want to get out of bed and look forward to every day. I frequent indeed jobs or other head-hunting sites, but I'm just always coming up empty handed and uninspired. I'm pretty impressed with the careers jobtest.org came up with. I do happen to love aviation, really want to get my pilot's license, but I'm 50 and as of now, I would not pass a pilot license medical 😭 Working to change that, but so far, that route is a no go. Plus, at 50, I'd have to start NOW, to have any chance at piloting a plane somewhere for some company. I found Air Traffic controller when I was 32, married and with a small child. Too old at 32 to even apply for that. Jobtest recommended Aircraft Dispatcher and Flight Dispatcher. WHAT??? THESE ARE CAREERS??? Why has nobody told me this?! I had NO CLUE. My current work experience includes police dispatching at a 6000+ personnel agency, heavy touristy area and very well known in the world. Very busy center. I know I could do these Aviation dispatching jobs if I completed the required education and certifications. Not really the work/life balance I was hoping for, but these 2 jobs are HIGH on my list as future options. There are other jobs recommended by jobtest that do offer the work/life balance I'm seeking but with lower pay. Those are for sure a definite consideration as well. Jobtest has given me a lot to consider. The fee for the survey results was minor compared to the value I received. No regrets.

JobTest.org has an easy job test and personal analysis that took me less than 20 minutes to complete. The results were compiled into easy to interpret graphs and statements. There is a pay option for more information (I mean, they have to keep the internet juices flowing somehow), but my free analysis was pretty thorough! Give it a try. I'm applying my results to what jobs I seek and my resumes!

I highly recommend Zanetta Siciliano with Jobtest.org! I would give 5 Stars. Zanetta is knowledgable, thorough, thoughtful, experienced and truly a pleasure to work with throughout the job search process. Zanetta communicates well, and is both an excellent listener and speaker. She is knowledgable about the job coaching process and brings ideas and options to the conversation that you may not have considered. Zanetta is also current with all the tools necessary to assist you in the most efficient and thorough manner. And as I mentioned, Zanetta is a wonderful to work with and she truly cares about finding a fit for you.

I took the test Jobtest offers as I'm looking at careers I might want to transition to from Contracts Administration, and this test is amazingly spot on! Gave me ideas I actually like and will actually consider and even got some book ideas to read to improve my weaknesses. Totally recommend 👌!

The career test was comprehensive and thorough with the end results being more detailed than I anticipated. While it wasn't immediately clear that I could access the base results for free, I was able to do so relatively easily. Will definitely recommend to those looking to change up their career!

I really appreciated how they took into account my personality and family obligations as well as my education and interests when making career recommendations. It was a very user friendly survey and they had a few tips among the questions which made it interesting. The report I got back was very accurate with identifying my strengths and areas I need to work on. The job recommendations include more details about the daily tasks and skilled needed which is more helpful then typical job descriptions.

I found this career test to far more thorough than others I’ve taken. I enjoyed knowing that I was far from alone is how I viewed by job search.

Also, knowing that questions were being repeated to encourage honest, consistent answers helped me focus on being accurate with my responses.

This is definitely a resource for the greater good; we owe it to ourselves to ensure our career is a good fit, inspiring us to grow & evolve. If you don't feel like yours is, then this evaluation could help you understand why & map out a career switch. I would recommend this to others.

What a fantastic service provided for even just the free version. I wasn’t expecting the report to be so thorough and unique. Definitely not like all the other cookie cutter job tests Ive done. The tests take a little bit but very much worth it, Highly recommended.

I had no idea what to expect when returning to the workforce after raising my four children, but I certainly didn’t anticipate stepping into a completely transformed landscape. Thank goodness I stumbled upon Jobtest.org while searching “how to find a career”. The breakdown was excellent and what I needed to take the right next steps.

I filled out the job test questionnaire and was pleasantly surprised at the thoughtful and in depth career report. Good options that I hadn't thought of on my own. Then, the process was pretty smooth to set up my first coaching sessions with Lisa Corrick. She was helpful and energetic. It felt that for the first time, I have some clear direction with my job search. I will continue working with Lisa Corrick.

The test was thorough but not burdensome. It gave me some really helpful feedback, and articulated it in ways I hadn't thought about before.

I've been doing the same job at the company I work for for 20 years. I'm looking for a change but had no idea where to begin. I happened across the Jobtest.org. They have a very comprehensive list of questions about your skills, personality, requirements, etc. Once you are finished, the report they email you gives you insight on what types of jobs might be a good fit for you. I was impressed with the data I received. I have a good foundation to start with now.

They ask great questions and really dig deep into YOUR wants and needs, not just in-demand jobs or basic recommendations. Each job they recommend has a clear description of the responsibilities and outline of expectations. Asking about disabilities was a huge factor for me. As an adult learning to manage ADHD, I appreciate the insight. Great stuff.

I was working with a career coach for 2 months paying a biweekly subscription for biweekly meetings. The career coach asked to cancel a meeting, to which I replied and asked for a new date. No reply. 2 weeks later she didn't attend the zoom meeting, so I emailed again, no reply. I leave a linkedin message, can see she read it, and still no reply. A career coach should at least have professionalism.

I love how they will tell you what career is best for you and how to get it.
