Just like everyone else this is a con company I got caught no refunds no money back crap goods how they are allowed to trade is disgusting
Take notice don't order anything

Don't go near them you don't get you're money back shocking service and why do you need a photo of item and don't reply to emails or Google chat

I ordered 2 items 31st July 2021, like previous review was told items returned because of customs problem.
Emailed Cathy many times over last year, told I'd receive 20% refund & remaining 80% when they received returned items.
Today 15 June 2022 still no refund, no items paid for, no replies to any emails.
Bad business. Do not waste your time or money

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered three item from this company in july 2021. Never received them. I was told they were returned because the packet did not comply with customs requirements and I would receive a full refund. I got a 30% refund but I am still awaiting the balance and Kathy no longer replies to my mails. This must be fraudulent behaviour!

Before you purchase have a look at what the returns will cost. I have some shoes that were not fit for purpose , they will not pay to send goods back to China.

I returned 4 dresses in October2021 as the derisory offer of a maximum 30% (£20) on an offer for a total order of £60 was not acceptable.
I paid over £20 in Tracked Postage to China and, after much to do relating to "Customs" the parcel was returned to me in April 2022. So no I have paid £80 in total for 4 dresses I don't want and are pretty worthless should I try to resell them on Ebay.

Absolutely shocking service from start to finish. Order took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, which I then asked for a full refund as the item did not arrive in time. I received an email advising instead of returning the item they would give me 10% refund! I refused and asked for a full refund, again I received an emailing advising they would refund me 35%. I am absolutely disgusting and advise anyone to avoid ordering from this site at all costs!!!

I too should have read the reviews first. I ordered a pair of shoes weeks ago for a party in April. They send the occasional email saying they are on their way but I still haven't received a thing. It should not be possible for this company to sell their goods on the internet and advertise on instagram. As with other reviewers - DO NOT BUY!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY Ordered 4 X-LARGE black linen dress….received a flimsy tiny child size dress ..fabric was ripped on delivery…fabric literally falling apart on taking out of plastic bag…shocking…spent 30 minutes trying to arrange a return with no luck…DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY…. Pile of rubbish…

I ordered 3 weeks ago and still no goods. How silly I am not to have read reviews before spending so much money. Have asked for a refund and no response.!

Used to be floryday or light in the box company now rubbish with Chinese selling and no returns tactics. Been duped by both. Should be called stay away!!

I really should have read the reviews before I ordered multiple items.
Illfitting, poor quality, not as described....i could go on, but worse still I cannot access returns or homepage!!!

I sooo wish I had read these reviews before ordering, I'm still waiting for an order, but reading reviews I'm not hopeful. Why is this company still trading?

Yes, they offered a refund 10 % !
This company is an absolute disgrace , I cannot believe they are still trading .
The quality is rubbish and the sizing , don’t even go there !
Please don’t be caught out by pretty pictured , they are not real.
We must stop buying from this disgraceful company .

Wish I could give a minus review. What a disgrace of a company. Ordered 4 items back in November. Kept one item, which was so poorly made, returned 2 items via Royal Mail tracked on 7th December & am still awaiting a refund. One item was never even sent to me & I am battling to get the refund for that. Customer services are shocking, constantly telling me to be patient, the refund is coming.
I feel strongly that companies like these should not be allowed to trade in the UK as they have no customer service, items are poorly made & they steal your money & won't give it back. BEWARE never buy from them.

I really wish I’d read these reviews before ordering - I ordered a ‘60’s’ style dress for a party - was stupid enough to pay £8 postage as thought that may mean it would arrive quicker as the dress was fairly reasonably priced - I have still not received the dress and am being asked to be patient - then looked at these reviews !! I don’t hold out much hope of getting it now - so have requested a refund. If I actually get that I have still lost £8 postage !! If I receive the dress or the refund I will put a much different review on here - but somehow I think that’s unlikely!!

Not worth one star. Horrendous service. Have repeatedly asked for my money back, no goods or refund to date. Stay clear of this company.
