Happened again. This time out of order from the staff that was on duty on Tuesday the 6th of August afternoon . ‪Very very bad service and a rude member of staff. No knowledge of customer value.He was shouting at us and causing a scene with his aggressive behavior.Other customers noticed his loud shouting And he did not care if we reports him.Second time we been treated Badly at the branch in Westfield white city.Can not believe how they employ guys like him. This behaviour can not be tolerated.

The one in shepherds bush westfield joe delicious use to be my favourite ice cream place. I go to Westfield just for their ice cream. But today Friday the 31st of march at 5.15 pm. I Took my friends and my family to try their ice cream. The young guy with the beard with a foreign accent was unprofessional and was very rude. He was taking own order and at the same time was repeating after my uncle as if he is An ignorant person. And explains to my uncle what the ice cream flavour is with a loud voice as if my uncle has not seen or tasted an ice cream before. In other words his customer service is zero. I had to explain to him that my uncle knows what flavour they are and to just give him what he want. But all he was doing was arguing with us in a rude way. I was put off and had to leave. I will never have their ice cream again and will make sure non of my friends and family will. What a bad experience I'm so gutted with this place
