When I noticed that my coffee card expiration date issue, I contacted customer service right away. Cat responded very efficiently handled the situation professionally and kindly, and helped resolve my issue smoothly.
I truly appreciate how fast and professionally she handled everything. Her help made the experience so much easier and less stressful. It genuinely made a difference!

Long wait
I place my order via the the app. I was waiting for quote some time and the shop was not busy. The staff were just laughing and joking amongst themselves. Eventually after 10-15 mins later a male staff member addressed me and asked if I had placed an order. I confirmed and he found this on the system. And told the other staff to make my order. Also I don't understand why the music has to be so loud. When staff call customers name you can't hear them clearly.
