I bought two wallet cards (juice and sandwhich) which clearly had the date 31-05-2026 (Sunday) stated on them (I have documentation for this). I had 6 juices and 1 sandwhich left. On that Sunday, I went to a Joe, but discovered that the cards were completely gone. Effectively, Joe is stealing your cards from you, and they won't give them back. All I am asking for is to get ONE SUNDAY with the cards available as that was the day stolen. Customer service rejects giving one Sunday (I am not in a city with any Joe Monday-Friday). I have now contacted the Danish TV program Kontant as well as Forbrugerombudsmanden to file Joe & the Juice.

You order functional shakers, you add extras, but the extras are too much to fit in the glass, so they pour as much as they can in the glass and throw away the rest. Let's say you add extra collagen, extra protein, extra creatine, then 1/3 of your shake goes to waste, you've paid extra for no reason.
I asked if that's the protocol to follow to the customer service, they confirmed. While they offered me a "card" on the app as a small gesture, I don't think it makes operational, business or any kind of sense at all. It's just stealing people's money.
If I'm buying a 14€ shake, please at least make it fit the description.

Update: My case was never resolved.
I have purchased a looooot of cards and have been loyal customer!
Despite multiple errors on the company’s side, the issue remains unresolved. While researching, I found that other customers have also reported system-related issues, which makes my experience even more concerning.
The company is very strict when it comes to expired cards, even when those cards were purchased but never used. My biggest concern is that cards appeared to disappear from my account over time unless I actively tracked them myself.
As a result, I have lost confidence in the system and no longer trust that customer accounts are being accurately tracked.
See it as a scam and cheap company.
