Placed an order. After not receiving it by the due date I contacted jogging point. They told me the transaction had failed. I queried why I was not made aware of this but they ignored my email. A few weeks later I noticed that the payment had been made from my credit card. I am now considering this a fraudulent payment. Extreme caution to be exercised when dealing with this company. This is absolutely terrible customer service.

Ordered odyssey react trainers for half the price ! Absolutely no problem with delivery all tracked great service . Recommend to anyone

I had seen some mixed reviews for jogging point and was skeptical but I am an optimist so took the chance and ordered a pair of Vomeros in a colour that no other UK shop had. Big mistake! The shoes never arrived. 5 emails to the company were ignored and none of my calls were answered. I had to get a refund through my credit card company which was a lot more hassle than I had expected and it took over 3 months for the money to be returned. If you are still considering ordering from them despite this, then give them a quick call and see if they answer.

Ordered a pair of Adidas Ultra Boost on a Sunday. Emailed them on Monday asking to confirm when I'd receive them. They got back to me the same day and said I'd receive by Wednesday. 9.30 Wednesday morning they arrive. Excellent service!

I only read the reviews after I ordered otherwise I would probably not have done, so I thought I would put straight some of the comments I have read below. I ordered running spikes for my 13 year old after 5pm on the 9th April and I received an email confirmation of the order. Bearing in mind that it says on their website that all online stock is available and so shoes will be dispatched within 24 hours, then I expected them to arrive within a few days. Nothing had arrived by the 16th so I chased them via email and in fairness to them they did respond to my email but apologised and said they weren't in stock but would be arriving the following day. I was sceptical as I was doing the chasing and requested a despatch note which they did email me on the 17th. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a knock at the door on the 19th by UPS with the running spikes. They came in a jogging point box and inside were the boxed nike spikes as you would expect to receive if you bought them in a store.
So they are a genuine retailer but slow and so they are suffering from poor customer service. If they had only told me from the off that they were not in stock and thus reassured me then I wouldn't have spent time dwelling over poor reviews and considering cancelling the order or even looking for alternatives.
So purchase if you want to save a few quid but if you want them quickly order elsewhere. I would only use them again if I wasn't in a rush to wear what I was purchasing!

After reading the reviews for Jogging-Point ( .uk & .de ) I decided to look elsewhere even though they were £15 cheaper. There wasn’t many sites selling the particular running shoes I wanted & so I took what I thought was a chance buying them from here because of the poor reviews. I’m glad I did!!
I ordered them Saturday night, they were dispatched the next working day from Germany & I received them today. Exactly what I ordered & very fast delivery! I actually had 5 emails telling me they had been dispatched!
I am a very happy customer.

Whether you have dealings with Jogging-Point.de or co.uk..PLEASE check the reviews on Trust pilot before thinking of purchasing from this company...As some have reiterated..I wish we had.
As you will get very similar reviews of what I have experienced recently.
My son purchased for me some Assics trainers of the kind I have had many times before.
The inner sole of one of the shoes has begun to perish since only Xmas. This highlights some concern to me of the originality of the running shoes. I have never experienced Assics running shoes to wear in such poor manner after only some 80 miles of treadmill running in 8 weeks.
More disconcerting is the customer service I have received; or lack of in the past couple of weeks. I understand they would not accept photo evidence of the inner erosion of the sole as that expressed by the one and only email I received. They did say they would send out a free return label instead- they have not.
Since when my correspondence via emails have been ignored. Clearly wishing me to go away and just accept the faulty goods I have received..Well I will not and by hook or by crook (pun intended) I will do my damnedest to get either a replacement or full refund.
At this juncture I am very disappointed and annoyed by the poor service I have received by Jogging-Point.
I do hope in the coming week or so, I will be able to add a positive note to my experiences of this company. That being if they do show an ounce of common decency and deal with my complaint over purchased faulty item in earnest.
..Update.. 2 emails later, 2 weeks further on..totally ignored..Has this Company gone out of business?
Please pay that little bit more and purchase from a legitimate Company..AVOID Jogging-Point..you have been warned.

Ordered runners on Friday - arrived Tuesday exactly what i ordered - and saving 20ish quid even on a 'must go' Sports Direct price
Not without its issues .. DIDN'T receive an email with order details as i was told - so in future best take a screen shot of the order screen.
Also couldn't log into my account despite setting one up at time of order - and when tried resetting password - said email was not valid !!
Also couldn't reach them by phone - was worried it was a dodgy site/scam but at the end of the day all turned out well - and will use again they just need to tighten up there act !
