took a while to get my boots but they were amazing. Made very well

Ordered these boots in Febuary.....contacted seller to be told delays were due to moving warehouse but would give priority to my order......contacted a second time to be given the same excuse....
WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON WITH THIS COMPANY???

Still waiting for my boots. I believe they stole my money and this company should be reported to the attorney general. Ordered back on February 28th, 2026. Stay away from John Harden

Chinese junk. Takes months to arrive.

I ordered a pair of camouflage pants that I thought were very nice and I looked forward to getting them. They were ordered in Feb. 17. They never came. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Don’t be like me. Do your research on these companies!!!

I wanted to share my experience to help others make an informed decision.

I placed an order in early March and have been monitoring the tracking (YunExpress). Since March 6, the status has remained at “Shipment information received” with no evidence of actual dispatch or movement.

After following up, I was advised there were delays due to a warehouse transition and was offered a 10% discount to keep the order active. While I appreciate the gesture, the lack of progress over an extended period meant I was no longer comfortable waiting.

I then requested to cancel the order and receive a full refund. This was declined on the basis that the order had been “processed,” despite there being no evidence that it had actually shipped. I was instead advised to wait for delivery and return the item before a refund would be issued.

From a customer perspective, this is difficult to accept — particularly where:
• There is no clear indication of extended delivery timeframes at the point of purchase
• There is no evidence of dispatch
• Cancellation is refused despite non-fulfilment

At the time of writing, I am still awaiting a resolution.

I would recommend that prospective customers confirm stock availability, delivery timeframes, and cancellation terms upfront before placing an order.

THE quality of the jacket was incredibly poor and took forever to get to me... and then I received a 4X! I have been going back and forth for 15 emails now as they claim I have to return it to an address in China. NOWHERE on their website does it say we have to return to China... and in fact it gives two addresses in the United States, one of them being a single family residence. This is clearly a scam

I order dress shoes on Jan 25 but have not received anything on the shoes

Bought a jacket from these guys, never normally order from Facebook but I fell in love with it so thought I’d take a chance. Let me tell you I am have had so many compliments on it, delivery was fast and the quality is superb! 5 stars

Fake, do not purchase anything from this online store. Ordered a Camo Shirt Jacket that stated was cotton. What I got was polyester. Also waited almost 3 months for delivery.

This website is s scam. I ordered some boots on Nov, 21st. Here we are Dec, 12th and there is still no tracking info and a few emails stating they are having high order volumes to and that they will update me.

I dont see me getting my order at all after my expirience and reading all these other reviews that line up. Im out $160 and it sucks.

Honestly I see a lot of negative review but I love what I got. Took longer than expected but the loafers are fireeee.
