Not worth it
The prices were good on the website however I ordered 500ml of a Foaming wash and received only 200ml. I'm annoyed at this, as this was the only reason I placed the order with them in the first place. Now returning this item for a full refund. Such a nuisance and inconvenient.

I have used John Bell and Croyden for some years when I have either worked near or, for a short time lived near, the shop. Even though I am further out of London now, I continue to purchase as I find their selection of products unparalleled. I ordered my most recent purchase online and collected in store. Staff were helpful and efficient. The product I bought (knee support) was well packaged and, as usual, I was made to feel valued. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Seamless process from start to finish; very user friendly website! I usually go in store; from accompanying my Mother years back to being a customer myself too, I recently started ordering online, delivery was swift, products well packaged and Top tier customer service as always.
Oh I used the pickup service once too whilst I was going to be few streets away that week- Got pickup notification same day of order,got there my bag was packed ready, waiting & handed over by the ever so lovely lady at the till (wearing a Hijab) thanks.
