I sold a flat in the Fulham area through the John D Wood team in Parsons Green/ Fulham Broadway. For various reasons (outside control of John D Wood or myself), this was a long, drawn-out sales process. I have to say that John D Wood team was at all times professional, responsive and went above and beyond to get the sale done and completed. I would certainly recommend John D Wood to my friends and contacts.

The worst agent service I have ever seen in my life. We have been dealing with them for more than a year. We wrote a letter to them complaining and nothing was ever done. They delegate their work to everyone, they just pretend they work. Never hire them.

David and team were responsive and well understood my property expectations from start

I was only contacted with regards to the viewing of properties that matched my requirements.

The team went the extra miles to ensure that the final phase of the transactions was completed as expected.

I would highly recommend the service of John D. Wood and most particularly, of Dacid and Simon who worked in partnership with me during that transaction

I would like to put 0 or less but it’s not possible, the estate agent John D Wood in Weybridge it’s a joke so unprofessional, ignoring customers after paying the deposit, only to don’t return them back with the pathetic excuse (Tegan Ellis).I don’t understand how can existing on the market the estate agency like this one , with so many 1 star reviews, apparently they try to take advantage and don’t return the money because I’m foreigner .

I began renting my flat with John D. Wood, Fulham Road, in 2010. I live in Edinburgh, so it was important for me to have good management and choice of tenants. in both these area they have been exceptional. They dealt promptly with any issues. in particular the management of Eduard Popa and Stephen English have been first class.

I decided to sell the flat this April. Huw Jones has been in charge, and once again his service has been first class. A number of people looked at the flat, I selected a buyer, and we conclude next week. My compliments to the professionalism I received which ensured a very satisfactory outcome.

The head of lettings in Wimbledon High Street cold-called me for months promising me she had corporate clients for my property, this was an untruth. From October to December, she tried to coerce me into dropping the price, advising me the 'market was particularly quiet' (old gem used by agents trying to scaremonger you into submission' I made two formal written complaints about this lady AC, and they were to respond to as per JDW's website statements. AC then tried to force me to accept two out of four tenants whose references were sketchy (one has only joined his company and the other was a Temp). AC then tried to coerce me into accepting tenants and rush through a gas safety cert which the company JDW recommended failed on my property (this later proved to be a false failed GSC). Out of the blue, I was asked to make my complaint to AC who responded to a complaint about herself!!!!! She then sent me an invoice for the rent for four tenants who have never entered the property and had failed references that were turned down. AC is. a bully whose sharp practice is supported by Ms Haskins another employee who is trying to coerce money from me on false pretences. I am outing this company.

Normally I would respond.. however it did not end there, AC’s dept head from JDW HQ then started to bully me demanding I pay them one years rent even though no transaction or tenant was supplied ( due to FAKE references). The bullied me to the point of a breakdown!
This company knowingly lied to me- tried to brush over trying to take 12 mo the fees and simply kept badgering me up to recently.

This company is fly-posting marketing banners on my property's fence without consent. I've reported them to the local council.

They acted very helpful and responsive at the beginning of your renting to win a good review from you, and after that... they attitude changed

Really bad when it comes to services. My deposit is stuck with them for more than 2 months. Always some lame excuse for not paying back.
There is an property manager named Moesha, who will never address any query but will just be harsh
I hope to give below 1 star but that the least i can go.

J D Wood did a fantatic job helping us sell our flat in Wimbledon Park. We faced a few hurdles that were unexpected but Chris and Lewis got things on track and got the sale through when we had given up. I would thouroughly reccomend them if you are considering selling a property.

Simon helped us to find a beautiful home in Battersea! He was exceptionally professional and really listened to our needs. I’ve been recommending Simon and the John D Wood team to everyone.

Laura and her team in the Chiswick Rental offices went the extra mile in advising us on every aspect of finding a new tenant for our property including help with plumbers, decorators and removals and most importantly in finding us a good selection of prospective new tenants to choose from. A very hands on operation with excellent customer service and support.

Radyah Sultana at Docklands & City office, who is in charge of the paperwork, was so rude, unprofessional, dishonest and impatient. I have received passive-aggressive threats from her and had a really bad experience.

We worked smoothly with Egle and David, and paid the deposit very early.
However, the contract was ready only 3 days before moving in, even though all the reference checks were ready two weeks ago!
I understand that Radyah was sick for a few days, but I am unhappy that she made an excuse and LIED that the reference checks were just done yesterday.

Now because of her inefficiency, I have to be efficient.
Well, I am a customer, and she is the god.

The Parsons Green office have been absolutely wonderful in the sale of our property in Fulham, offering excellent advice and exceptional service. Adrian and Molly in particular have been wonderful to work with - they are incredibly knowledgeable, and so supportive. Couldn’t recommend the team more highly!

Horrible experience with this agency. I am currently living in a 3 bed flat in Fulham where one of the bedroom ceiling has collapsed and for last 2 months the agency has been slow, practically unresponsive and simply rude. They treat tenants with such disdain it’s shocking. Do not use this company

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not subject yourself to the JDW Weybridge office if you can avoid it - they have provided easily the worst service we have ever experienced. We have been renting for 3 months in a JDW managed house. There are multiple material ongoing issues from a leaking roof to broken heating and the agent does not do anything about - for months. We have a 1 year old child who is suffering constant sickness now. They have lied to us about repair parts being ordered and have not held the landlord accountable for fixing anything. Jazz Dillon is of particular incompetence. She has promised us a call with senior management and of course, radio silence.

I have been a client with John D Wood for several years but I can say that Eduard has taken the level of customer service to a new level and we can only give him a 5 star rating for looking after our rental properties so expertly and handling any problems that may arise

Alessandro Lucatello, Head of Property Management at John D Wood, does an exceptional job. He always goes above & beyond to ensure my needs & wishes - as a landlord - are met. This includes personally overseeing projects on my property - something he could easily delegate but chooses to see things through for himself. He's amazing - & so are his staff who have looked after me for many, many years now. I can't recommend John D Wood for your Property Management needs, more highly. First class - always!
