Terrible experience as a buyer, felt scammed by this agency particularly the agent called Fee. I was told various lies to try and drive the price up (which I later found out she was trying to get me to pay a further 100k to the offer they had but led me to believe the other buyer was offering similar) I was also the highest offer and last minute told they had another similar offer. Just a mess and would never go near this agency again.

How is this for service. I renovated a property to sell, and 4 weeks into a back to brick conversion, Lisa from Beckenham branch found me a buyer. We developed and completed selling a property in 6 months!

Aside from the service, Lisa and team seem genuine, know their stuff. Couldn't recommend them more!

I cannot thank Kat, Eleni, and Luiz enough for their support recently. I had a super positive experience with John D Wood Chiswick during a recent, very stressful search for a new flat. Georgia was cheerful and switched on, always on the ball with new properties, following up, sending floor plans and videos, and answering all questions I had on the properties. She adjusted the search according to my search criteria - a lot of estate agents drag you to totally unsuitable properties and it feels like you are just a number on their KPI sheet. It was never like that with Georgia, and her knowledge, personal style and proactive search made my life a lot easier! Many thanks again, I wish Georgia and her office team all the very best for the future (not that I want to move any time soon again!).
