Beautiful as usual, unfortunately JG has changed their courier and my first order was delayed and lost ,forcing them to resend by the courier they use to deliver their items which arrived on time and with clear tracking unlike the courier they use now , so I will now shop elsewhere,shame as I’ve never in 6 years up until now had any issues before.

We hand all our customers' orders over to our couriers in good faith, expecting that orders will be delivered within the estimated delivery time slot.
On rare occasions, couriers may be unable to meet this estimated delivery date for various reasons that are beyond our control.
I can see that customer service has resloved the issue for you
