Had a great experience purchasing our new car from John Grose Ipswich. Luca was great to deal with throughout the process. Luca explained all the features of the vehicle and the hand over was very smooth. Overall a great experience.

Alex Read was absolutely brilliant
Alex Read was absolutely brilliant, so helpful and polite. He answered any questions I had and nothing seemed to much trouble for him. Communication was also very good and the car handover was seamless. I would definitely recommend using this garage.

We recently took delivery of our brand new Chery from John Grose Ipswich. We was seriously impressed with the level of the service that we received from the start and thought our experience. Charles was an absolute gentleman, no questions were to silly to ask and he really did go above and beyond for us. We was made to feel welcome from the moment we walk in the door until the moment we drove off of the fourcourt. Highly recommend these to buy a car from. And Charles again was absolutely A star, we could not recommend he's services enough.

Choose Oscar at Ipswich - avoid Terry like the plague
Oscar was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Great salesman and took over from a guy called Terry who was extremely abrupt and rude in communication. He accused me of lying and pushed to make his sale despite me letting him know I no longer wished to communicate with him.

Kevin and Ryan were amazing throughout…
Kevin and Ryan were amazing throughout my experience. No sales pressure and provided numerous quotes and I kept going back and changing things. They explained the whole process and in the end how could I not buy from them! They were great!!! Kevin personally handed over the keys and gave me the latest update of the features of the vehicle. I will be going back when I switch my car again. 5 star service and the car speaks for itself!! Go and test drive one!!

No pressure great service
We went to John grose as our old car let us down.
Met David lister, we gave him our requirements ie large boot space.
He had a little chat to find our what type car we were looking for this included price milage and extras.
David found our car with no pressure at all, the car came over with in hours, we checked it over, ask for some small bits to be sort.
With in week we have a fantastic new car.

What a brilliant experience!
What a brilliant experience, buying our first new car was! We went for a Geely Starray EM-I and the sales team were amazing. Ryan was so helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the car. We never felt pressured to buy a car, but we were given honest information and figures for the car and finance, then encouraged to have a think before deciding. Nothing was too much trouble! Geely EX5
We were really impressed by the Geely, so much so, after testing out 7 other electric cars, we put in an order and are now driving our new EX5 and it doesn’t disappoint. Thanks to Ryan at the dealership for getting us in our car, for not being a “pushy” salesman and for making the whole experience a smooth and enjoyable one. We’ve already recommended them to friends and family who are looking to upgrade. Would highly recommend.
