I ordered a coat from John henric,when…

I ordered a coat from John henric,when I received it (a woolen type coat) it was so badly creased, I had to take it to the dry cleaners to have it cleaned professionally to get the creases removed. When I reported this to the company they asked for photos, I explained as I wanted to wear it I had already taken it to the cleaners, they were not interested. A woollen coat in a small box was obviously going to be severely creased. So I found myself £15.00 out of pocket. Not impressed at all having bought several items online from many companies this has never ever occurred before, I am appalled.

Poor quality,Alibaba products repackaged with Henric branding

Do not purchase from their website as quality on pictures look way better than what you will receive.Alibaba products repackaged with their branding but charged 20x more than Alibaba prices.Never again

Very poor quality

The quality at first glance is solid. After the first hand wash, a hole appeared on the back. Hand washing was just soaking in warm water for 15 minutes. The same thing happened with two merino products from John Henric shop - 2 times wearing for 2x79EUR - nice job.

I also had a bad experience with delivery (2 or 3 times). This is not directly John Henric's fault, but they could take cases more seriously, not just a written "sorry" from a support bot.

Like many people I received the suit I…

Like many people I received the suit I ordered only to realise it was made from the cheapest fabric ever, with a boxy and terrible cut that looked nothing like the photos. Cost me AUD 50 (~ 30 €) to return to Sweden but the parcel has not been accepted and has not been returned either, so I have lost the scam purchase amount plus another $50. Avoid at all costs.

I had to pay for $50 import fees to…

I had to pay for $50 import fees to Canada (if you do not read fine print you won’t know it), for a blazer I paid $89 only to find it is cheap material more like a shirt then a blazer. There is no review they let you to add for the product and also block you from giving bad reviews on Instagram. If I return, I have to pay $10 tax and when I add taxes I already paid =$60 out of a product value of $89 that is not what you expect at all. I don’t believe the great reviews they have for this advertised on their website.

Scam Returns

Scam! Avoid!

They don't accept returns. It cost me £15 to send it to Sweden from UK. They didn't accept the delivery but I haven't received the parcel back. So I'm now out the purchase price, return cost, and the product.

Never received my purchase

Never received my purchase. Seems that they or UPS lost the package. Their initial reaction was to offer a refund which I’m now waiting for. I strongly suggest to avoid them. Not worth the effort.

PLEASE READ BEFORE PUCHASING. I am now 2 months without my money back and no items of clothing. Awful communication. All they do is tell me to keep checking. How they can conduct a business like this I have no idea. It’s a crime! DO NO USE!

Very bad experience - avoid at all costs. Exploit the returns policy with zero to no customer service.

Very bad experience. I have been trying to process a return of my order in the return window but the QR code did not generate from their website. I tried contacting them via their email and form with no reply.

When they finally replied after 3 weeks of chasing I was told by Emily at customer service that the window for return has passed and they cannot help. I have shown them my emails and my order for £120 has just gone to waste.

Reading the other reviews it seems like this is a scam company who try to exploit people with their returns and exchange policy.

Now I am out of pocket for my money. Regret placing the order through this site. Wish I had read the reviews.

they are not following any legislation…

they are not following any legislation on returns! You will not get your money, they try to play with push backs all the time. Anna from customer support sends just blablala. I am in contact with the customer rights in Sweden. AVOID!!!!

I can't believe I'm writing this

I can't believe I'm writing this. I rarely lose my temper. I stupidly bought £500 worth of clothing without looking at Trust Pilot first. I ordered the same top in different styles/sizes for a wedding with the aim of returning all but one... which I did... 7 weeks ago. I am still £400 out of pocket. I have provided them with proof of delivery several times along with the tracking number THEY provided me. In fact I can tell you my return was was delivered a month ago, on 05/05/2023, in Helsignborg, at 3:39pm don't you know. Their replies are usually several days later - "Fab we'll just look into this" after which they proceed to ghost me every single time. Most recently they emailed me to say that the package is on the move again and so they cannot process my return - to where is the package now headed, who knows? They even asked me in their last email for the 'correct' tracking number... as if I am the one who is having them on!!!!! I honestly think this company might be running a fraudulent operation. Do not buy from here.
