Exceptional experience from initial contact to completion of sale. Highly professional and personable staff who really go above and beyond to make clients feel valued. I was updated regularly throughout the process, consulted regularly when things didn’t go to plan with buyers etc. and given solid advice on next steps. The staff have exceptional market knowledge and really did hand hold me through the whole process at every stage. I have dealt with John Minnis for previous sales and will revert to them for future sales. Special mention to Lynzi, who managed the whole valuation / sale, and Amelia who supported throughout. HIghly recommend this agency.

I recently sold a property with this company and was really impressed with the quality of service provided by Nicole during a lengthy eight month process. Not only did Nicole provide me with timely updates when they were available she also kept in contact with me when there were delays in progress of sale.
I couldn’t have asked for more and even when Nicole was off on leave her equally impressive colleague Pauline stepped into her shoes and communicated an important message to the purchaser in a professional and timely manner.

All the staff were so helpful and friendly, from Yvonne who showed us property, to Ross who dealt with our bid to Jilly who managed our sale, also to Joshua who was so patient at our 2nd viewing. The team made our purchase very straightforward and were professional from beginning to end. Such lovely touches on completion, an excellent estate agent firm, thanks so much.

I put my house on the market just before Christmas, honestly expecting very little to happen but John Minnis had viewings booked from the first week on the market. The house completed during the first week of February for 10k over the asking price and I couldn't be happier.

The negotiations were handled well by Minnis' Holywood office and I was informed at all times.

I noticed in the viewing schedule that there were a lot of single appointments, I like to see this as some agents will only book grouped viewings. The Minnis team were happy to go when the potential buyers wanted to visit rather than trying to corral them into sessions, you should look for this in an agent in my opinion.

This was the 5th house John Minnis has sold for me and they all went well. I highly recommend this estate agent to anyone with a house to sell.
