Quality Guaranteed

I regulary order my cue tips from John Parrot Sports and they are very consistant with the quality and quick delivery. I do a lot of tip fitting so I need the confidence that I'm receiving the best.

Excellent Support and Customer Service

I ordered a cue extension. The Process was simple and the extension arrived well boxed and promptly. I noted that there was an issue and asked to change the extension for a different one. The return and replacement process was simple and handled politely, with courtesy and great customer consideration. The pickup and new delivery were arranged for the next day and everything went swimmingly - well maybe except for the delivery man arriving at 8am (yawn) - lol. I cannot praise John Parrott Sports enough. Excellent Support and Service. Thank you.
