I do not recommend this seller.

I bought a repair manual for download for a Porsche Cayenne. This manual is completely useless. There is no table of contents or index in 10,000 pages. You cannot find the chapters you need even not with the pdf-search-function. There is no information about the 3,6l engine in the manual. This engine is popular.
Half an hour after the purchase, I wrote to johnsmauals.com and asked to get my money back as they promised it if there are serious reasons. But I got no answer. Later emails also became not answered.
I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER

Not a serious business. We were left to wait as long as we were willing to. Zero communication. Had to open PayPal dispute.

I didn't receive anything...

I bought an digital shop manual which should have been delivered after 24 hrs according to the website.

After 8 days I haven't receive anything. None of my requests got answered. I guess this is just a scam site...

Now I hope that PayPal will help me...
