Don’t place your trust in jOHNSON, City Toyota
If I could give these people and dealership no stars, I would. Whatever you do, avoid them at all costs.
Their first transgression was keeping our vehicle for three months and not repairing it under engine Warranty repair.
We agreed on a purchase amount from them for $43,050 with Gareth Rawlins, the alleged service department manager.
We submitted all the paperwork and then they never mailed us a check until we hounded them and threatened to report our vehicle stolen.
We finally received the check and they cheated us out of $2050. Whatever you do. Avoid these people at all costs. After reviewing all the other reviews it’s clear they act in bad faith and will rip you off at every opportunity
