Ver quick easy! However, I do think the 30% that Johnsonlawgroup charges for the Cheapest claim, is quite a bit higher than expected for not much work really ? But I guess that’s just because I wouldn’t have a clue how to go about making a claim on my own!

Our charges (which apply only in the event of a successful claim) are fixed in law by our regulators, the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). This is the amount that every firm of solicitors dealing with financial mis-selling motor finance claims such as this charge for successfully concluding claims. Our charges include our work in tracing the correct finance company; fully investigating and submitting a complaint to the finance company and ultimately providing legal advice on any response to the complaint or offer of compensation which may be received in the future.

Fair redress application services
It was easy to apply and I believe the charges involved in dealing with the case is reasonable considering the level of work to be undertaken by solicitors and staff with preparing multiple applications for all previous finance agreements whether successful or not on a no win no fee basis .
