The experience at Johnsons Ford Tamworth was great. I dealt with Norman who is one of the sales team. No hard sell just a friendly, professional, very easy going guy. It was my first experience driving an automatic but Norman made me feel at ease during the test drive. Smooth sales process, with a follow up call to check I was happy with the car and if I had any questions. Would definitely recommend a visit to Johnson’s if you’re looking for new or used car.

Would highly recommend Skoda Liverpool for their quick and efficient service to support warranty repair to my car. This was completed in quick time and on the day. In the showroom received excellent customer service on both occasions when I visited.

Johnsons Škoda Burntwood were great because they offered me extras with the car I bought but weren’t pushy when I refused them. I reserved the car online on Friday evening and drove it away the following Wednesday. Great, prompt, polite service.

As a driving instructor, time is precious, so being able to bring my vehicle in at the weekend and wait while it was serviced was brilliant. I just need to remember to anticipate the next service a little earlier, as I had to wait a week or two for an appointment — although, in many ways, that’s proof of a good garage when there’s a bit of a wait for their services!

The staff were spot-on and professional, the facilities were excellent as always, and of course there was the usual opportunity to wander around and admire the cars on the forecourt.

For a car guy and his young son, it was a thoroughly enjoyable hour or two, with plenty of cars to look at and a bit of father-and-son fun along the way. A great experience all round.

My experience at Johnson’s Hyundai bootle was a lot better than last year with MOT and service.
The staff where great this time round from booking the car in for its MOT and then dropping my car off for the MOT the day prior to having the MOT done as I had work the next morning.
Michael Mciver took my keys and made it a simple process the day before and then when my car was ready the following day he then also made it an easy process to receive all my paperwork and keys back and explain how the MOT went.

The girl on the desk I know has been busy and I unfortunately forgot her name but she is doing amazing in peoples absence and filling in for people where and when she can.

Staff always very happy to help.

I would recommend VW Johnsons at Tamworth. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I felt that I could really trust the salesperson and I'm confident that, should any issues arise, they would be dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Lucille was great- massive thank you! This car was the most expensive thing Ive ever bought- Lucille gave us time to think, answered all our questions and never pressurised us. When we found a known issue with this make and model, she helped us establish ours was not affected in a clear and transparent manner. Thank you so much!

We have now made 3 bookings with this Dealership, first time May 2026 was booked in for a service, the Female who booked the car in was rude, blunt and extremely unhelpful.
I told her that the driver side wiper blade was not clearing the windscreen and asked that it be replaced also told her We were booked in on a different day for the SOS unit to be replaced as it couldn't be done at the same time as the service due to the diagnostic machine being booked up.
When We made both bookings on the phone We booked a courtesy car and got the email confirmation for both.
She checked and said there was no car booked, I showed her the email confirmation just to be told "that means nothing, you didn't book a courtesy car"
Eventually I told her to cancel the other booking then as due to the travel it was not possible without the courtesy car.
We got the call to say the service had been done and that the SOS unit needed to be ordered in and it would take weeks so We booked for the start of August to have it done and was told that he had booked a courtesy car and also had ordered the unit so it would be ready.
We came back to collect our car after the service to not only find that the advertised wash with every service had not been done but the wiper blade was not replaced either.
Fast forward to August, We drop the car off in the morning to be told by a Male staff that the part was not linked to the repair so he didn't think it had been ordered, he told us that while we got sorted for the courtesy car he would go and speak to the mechanics to find out if the part was there or not, He didn't bother just booked other people in then disappeared while We were left with the same rude, blunt and extremely unhelpful female as before and told the car "must" be back by 5pm.
Heard nothing all day so I called at 3pm to be told the car is on the ramp but the guys are on their break and she would find out what's happening and call me back, Nothing again so I called back at 4pm to be told they were working on it and We should get there by 5:15pm as the guys were going to work late to get it finished and it would be ready for us getting there.
When We were 10 minutes from the dealership We get a phone call to say it won't be ready I told her it was too late We were almost there so she said fine then.
As we arrived We noted the car had not even moved, it was left Exactly as We left it in the Exact same spot so asked her if it was sorted to be told no the System had been down all day so they couldn't do it yet she had earlier told Us not only that it was on the ramp but it was being worked on too, but she was happy to book it in again.... NO THANKS
Total lies from start to finish and staff are a joke, Definitely will not be going back here again.

Would certainly recommend as I found the staff very helpful. Lots to choose from. Good advice. My grandson loved the teddy 🧸 Satisfied with my purchase. All good.
