**READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING**

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. UK based company, turns out that the contact number is in the Netherlands and the goods come from China. 7-10 days shipping apparently, shipment tracking says that the courier in China has received the parcel info. Its still sat in China. The images used on the website as well are used on many different websites, this may not be problem but it certainly raises some red flags along with what I have experienced so far.

If I could give this company minus I…

If I could give this company minus I would! They are a complete scam and are not to be trusted.
I ordered a pair of boots on the 19th of January and they have still not arrived.
When emailing the company I was told they were on the way and I was given a tracking number. This number does not show absolutely anything. I have dive tried to contact the company several times with no reply. I have asked for a refund but I am not hopeful. Please be careful 😢

I ordered shoes from their online…
I ordered shoes from their online website on 7th January 2025 and I still have not received. I have had the excuse that they had a problem with my address which they sorted. This is the same address they used from my bank details.
They then said it was being sent to the courier 17th January,I then contacted the courier who said they were expecting it but it didn’t arrive. And still no email from Johnson’s shoes. A complete scam. Do not be taken in by them.

I bought my shoes at Obaro…

I bought my shoes at Obaro Hartbeespoort 5 months ago. It breaks and the sole is cumming loose. I report to Obaro Hartbeespoort but for 6 days no one contacted me regarding the warranty. Pls assist.

Avoid

Avoid . Bought a pair of fitflops at a very attractive price . After a week recieved an email saying the order is cancelled . They refunded 31.50 to my paypal while i had paid 35.40 for the sandals . Their contact no is always busy. Avoid completely .

Was sent the wrong product. Told I had to pay to have them shipped back. They have been shipped back now (tracked) and no refund. Not responding to email, the phone is always engaged.

Complete scam artists.

Rude jumped up staff

Visited this morning to be met by the rudest stuck up gentlemen ever who clearly thinks he is working directly for royalty rather than in a shoe shop in Windsor to serve the public!!! Accidentally entered via the adults section to be snootily told that children’s shoes are at the other entrance. Went round hoping to also maybe meet different more friendly staff. A handful of customers were in the shop so entered to view whether they had anything suitable only for the same jumped up assistant to come running down and berate me in front of my mother and my children plus the other customers inside for entering the shop and not waiting outside!!!!! I was very taken aback and actually disgusted. Who the hell does he think he is!!!! Went to Clarke’s and Shuh in the end where the staff were lovely and helpful. AVOID this place and spend your money elsewhere.

Avoid at all cost!!

Avoid at all cost!!! They have the strangest return policy ever, when they give you a credit note that you can use ONLY for a month EXCEPT Discounted products that you CAN NOT RETURN at all. AND the worst (AND obviously VERY CLEVER from their point of view) thing that when you buy the product, NO ONE WARNS YOU about this policy. YOU are caught BY SURPRISE when you try to return it. They are pointing you at something that written with a small font behind their backs. DISGUSTING!!!

Should be zero , returns/ refunds policy not clear, tempted by some shoes on the site I emailed company for relevant information, I was replied to by another company Daniel shoes, who told me no free returns, informed by Johnson's that they are part of same company, check out Daniel shoes, states free returns? Check Johnsons on google, free returns? Johnsons say not responsible for old information on google???and to check website which I've been unable to access. No doubt most people will assume free returns and refund and get caught out. The advice was to order two pairs different sizes to make sure of the right size!!!!????

Beware the returns policy

Beware the returns policy. If you return a pair of shoes you can get a credit note which will be valid for one month only. No exceptions. I spent between £400-500 per year on kids shoes in the Windsor store until I tried to return a pair of trainers today. I have no need to use a credit note within a month when I bought a whole season worth of kids shoes there last week. They do not value their customers.

Unprofessional Company

Placed order online for Mens Dress Boots. order accepted. Money transferred and receipt/order confirmed awaiting delivery. A day later received email that item mislaid cannot find them in stock!!!...Tried fobbing me off with 10% discount on next order....Next order you couldn't even supply the original order what kind of unprofessional organisation is this?
