Automatic, even for multiple houses
I have changed electric twice myself the last few years to save money. However, things are always changing and I now have rental properties that I own as well. It makes it very time consuming to shop around for best price. I was able to connect my electric company account and Arbor does all my houses for me, automatically, and then emails me anytime there is a change. Love that the emails I get also estimate how much money I will save based on my normal consumption at the new rate. Everyone has good intent to shop around, but this does it all for you, and automatically does it again each time contract is up for renewal, so it is constantly switching based on best price.

Weigh your options carefully
To be totally honest you really need a customer service phone number. My problem with your company was way more complicated than trying to straighten it with emails.
FYI…I’m on a 15 month contract and have a 0.0839 rate right now that’s good through Dec 2026. And the wrong information in your system tried ending that low rate 6.5 months early.
So I found out how dangerous it is letting a company monitor my electric rate.

I'm difficult
I have solar panels and my electricity is purchased through an agreement with my town. So those two things complicate shopping for the best rate. But every time I've contacted them with questions I've always gotten quick and knowledgeable answers.

Arbor does all the work finding a low rate and setting it up for me which frees up my time to do other things and not worry about high electric bills. My bill has been much better and decreased by half. Thank you!

$2.86 is not really what I would call a significant monthly savings. The CMP Standard Offer of 0.1272 compared to Arbor at 0.1199.

Read about Arbor on a site regarding 10 discounts for seniors. Signed up and they do all the investigations so was notified I got a lower electric supplier rate. Worth trying it out at no cost to you but will be a benefit.
