Our family of 4 absolutely loves CrowdHealth! It’s been so much cheaper than traditional health insurance, and the flexibility is amazing. We can go straight to specialists without dealing with endless referrals, and we’ve also been able to get naturopathic care whenever needed. Every experience with customer service has been fantastic — responsive, kind, and actually helpful. Highly recommend for families looking for a better healthcare option!

My family and I have had nothing but a phenomenal experience with Crowd Health. We had previously been part of the traditional insurance model, costs rising exponentially each year with seemingly worse coverage each time, so when I discovered Crowd Health through a friend it made perfect sense for our healthy family of 4! We are self employed and navigating health insurance through the open market is not only expensive, but also mind boggling.

We have Delia as our assigned Care Advocate and it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with her. She makes everything straight forward and is kind and helpful.

I have nothing but great things to say about the company and our experience with them so far. We will be staying for as long as they’ll have us!

Me and my husband decided not to renew our employee insurance, and instead we joined CrowdHealth. Now we get to visit the providers we choose, and the process is so simple to get your bills submitted and funded. I am also pregnant, and we have decided to have a home birth with a midwife. The customer service has been on point throughout the pregnancy.
I would definitely recommend CrowdHealth to anyone who is tired of dealing with medical insurance, in our out on network doctors, and claims being constantly denied by the insurance companies.

CrowdHealth has been a complete breath of fresh air for our family after years of frustration with the traditional insurance system. Making the switch was a big decision, but it has been incredibly empowering to move away from confusing networks and surprise bills to a model that actually feels human and transparent. We love the freedom of choosing our own doctors and the peace of mind that comes with having a dedicated Care Advocate to help navigate costs. Not only has it been significantly more affordable for our family of five, often costing us less than half of what we were paying for high-deductible insurance, but it feels great knowing our monthly contributions are going directly to help real people in the community rather than a giant corporation. It is a refreshing, intentional way to handle healthcare, and we only wish we had made the move sooner.

Their transparency is fantastic. Access to information is great - expectations of being a member are clear, info on properly requesting for various type of events is clear, and leadership communicates the state of the crowd regularly. Leadership practice what they preach - when mistakes are made they own them and take action to avoid the same mistakes again.
Reimbursement for submitted events is reasonably fast.

My Care Advocate, Karen, has been so helpful while assisting me through my first pregnancy and limiting the stress received from the hospital system.

I think the fast communication with our personal care advocate is really great. Alison has been wonderful. I also think the method of bill/receipt submittal through the APP is fast and easy. So far I am very happy with the Crowd. The transparency is great. I like the combination of having a human to communicate issues to and the digital method of sending in the receipts as mentioned is a great combination.
