We decided to cancel our tax services with Gelt due to the poor experience.

1. It is very chaotic working with them and for a "tax" meets "tech" company, I expect more organization. We did not receive responses to email until the very last minute when they needed something.

2. They overcharged us on what we owed so my husband had to double check all the calculations everytime.

3. When I was in a meeting with the CEO and another tax preparer for the first time, they said comments that were very belittling. Maybe it was because I was the only woman on the call.

Unfortunately, they are trying to charge us for work they havent yet completed.
