I came into this cautiously optimistic but the whole thing went surprisingly well. I did feel rushed a bit during the appointment with the doctor but appreciate that they are only 15 minutes long.... See more

Being able to not only pick my provider, but the formulations of my medication is phenomenal! It’s so easy to make an appointment, and I didn’t have to wait long for one. My medication arrived well before the expected delivery date, and the packaging is thoughtful and cute! I appreciate how helpful my provider was in answering my questions and how in-depth the questions are surrounding my medical history.

Guidance from doctors is practical and easy to follow. Medicine arrives as scheduled and has been packaged very well. You need to put in the work to eat right and exercise regularly for optimal results. Coaches are available to help with this. Thrilled with my results.

My experience with Mochi Health has been amazing! The entire process was super easy and straightforward from start to finish. The provider I chose was incredible—very knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout.
The app itself is also really user-friendly, and the FAQ section is actually helpful and answered a lot of my questions along the way. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer going on three years now. They have now out of the blue switched the way you can access your meds. It has to be through their partner pharmacy that does not take insurance. They do not inform you until it's time to order your meds therefore locking you into your membership fee whereas I would have cancelled had I been informed. Mind you I have only been required to touch base with a doctor twice this entire time frame.

I liked that I had a 30 minute appointment with a doctor. We talked about my health and my health goals. I got a prescription and was able to pick it up at my pharmacy at the expected price. I have a nutritionist available and other support if I run into issues. I had tried another telehealth provider, and that experience was more like an AI interaction.
