Bad experience with Mochi

I went to the Mochi site, had to pay $167 for membership for three months. As they could not promise me I would get the medicine within the time I needed it, I cancelled the membership within an hour. They are not refunding the membership fee with the explanation I could always get started. I do not recommend this merchant. $167 paid for nothing. I was told there is nothing I can do. I offered to pay one month of membership, but they did not go for it. I probably would have gone back after my vacation, but with these practices I will not.

Mochi Health responded to my one star…

Mochi Health responded to my one star review by acknowledging that their policy for cancellation refunds is faulty but they did not take ownership that a refund was rightly due They also indicated that they emailed advice on March 19 That was stating that we should go into the portal to request an additional refund of the service subscription. That did not happen. There are other reviews on here with people siding, the same thing as I have done. It is clear that they are counting on people to not pursue the additional refund something that is hidden from the client. They have indicated on several occasions that there is a terms and conditions that was presented Wen first subscribing, but that is not true. There was nothing presented, inform no in conversation.

We also want to correct something from our earlier response. The email notifying you that your health subscription may still be active and directing you to your portal to cancel was sent on March 18th, not March 19th. Our communications portal does show that it was opened on March 19th, so we hope that provides some clarity on the timeline.

Misty my nurse practitioner and…

Misty my nurse practitioner and Madeline my nutritionist gave me more insight into my health and gave me solid advice with such kindness and genuine concern for my well being than any of my primary care doctors. I feel more confident and competent in my decisions to improve my health than I've ever felt before. I don't often leave reviews but in this situation Mochi and their staff far exceeded my expectations and I am 100% confident I will reach my goals for a healthier life. The support, care and professionalism are top notch and I highly recommend Mochi. My girlfriend recommended me and I'm so glad she did!

Mochi is upfront with their information and pricing. My provider was easy to talk to and answered my questions. Phone calls were promptly answered and they were knowledgeable and answered my questions. I feel that Mochi cares about people and what is best for them.

I was charged $39.00 by Mochi without…

I was charged $39.00 by Mochi without realizing it and only found out a month later when they tried to charge me another $79.00. I never bought anything, saw a doctor, received medication, or used any services. I only logged in to look at pricing and get a quote. When I called customer service, the male agent only kept saying that subscriptions are non-refundable. I explained that I never knowingly signed up for a subscription and told him I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and he hung up on me. After my bank declined the $79.00 charge, I immediately received an email from Mochi saying “sorry to see you go” and confirming cancellation of the membership. What I do not understand is why I was charged in the first place when I never moved forward with anything. I even tried logging in again using my original information, and it said I did not even have an account with them. It feels like they simply keep people’s credit card information on file and continue charging them even when no services were used.

We have addressed this matter on a separate platform, but we want to be transparent here as well. Our records show that a membership was activated on April 14, 2026, following the completion of our sign-up and payment confirmation flow, which requires a user to actively enter billing information and confirm payment. A charge cannot be processed without those steps being completed. At the moment of activation, an email was sent confirming the membership was active.

Between April 14 and May 12, 2026, multiple communications were sent to the contact information on file, including appointment booking reminders and membership updates, all of which show engagement on the account during that period.

It is also important to note that access to our provider network begins the moment a membership is activated, regardless of whether an appointment has been booked. Services were available and accessible from April 14 onward. Per our terms, refunds are granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. After a thorough review of this account, we are unable to process a refund in this instance.

The experience was positive and informative. The doctor asked questions regards to past and current health. Provided information about possible side effects and other important health benefits and treatment. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advised and suggestions regarding medication and nutritional benefits.
