It's hot where I live so I was worried about the meds getting warm. They used heavy duty ice packs and it arrived ice cold. Good attention to detail.

Support quickly fixed an incorrect address and confirmed the order before shipping.

I was concerned that the medications would get warm because it's always hot where I live. Everything was still cold when the package arrived, filled with large, solid ice packs. They clearly take shipping seriously.

I enjoyed how easy the process was. The evaluation was simple to finish, and approval came quickly. All I want is more frequent check-ins that don't require an inquiry.

Weight loss is stressful enough. Getting the medication shouldn't be. Piper takes the stress out of the logistics part.

The ordering process was easy and no hidden fee's. I started with Piper because my doctor moved to California. I received my trizepiride 2 days after I placed my order. I took my first shot on this last Saturday the 21st and have already lost 2 pounds. I am currently on the 7.5 dosage and using it as a maintenance dose. I lost 25 pounds over the last 8 months with my last provider. I started at 160 and and got down to 135 ( my goal weight) I was off the meds for a couple months (gained a few pounds) until I decided to go with Piper. I was 140 on Saturday and have already lost 2 pounds! So the medication does work! I also go to the gym 5 days a week. Also being on the medication before I learned how to eat healthier because you do need to eat even when you don't feel hungry. Just do mostly protein in your diet and lots of water. I just eat way less.
So far im happy with Piper. The only side affect is maybe some fatigue and nausea while your body adapts to the medication.
Also I was paying $125 a shot with my doctor. This is much more affordable. Im not sure why the bad reviews? Mostly communication. But the meds work if your on the correct dosage should lose 2 to 3 pounds a week and maybe less the next week. Our bodies are all different and some may lose weight quicker and some slower. I wish everyone a healthy weight loss journey 😀

The vial was shipped on a Thursday and didn't arrive until Monday afternoon, long after it was no longer cold. I was assured it would be fine (of course, because otherwise they would have had to replace it). As someone who has been on Tirz for a while, I know how my body responds to Tirz. And this was me titrating UP. I had ZERO response. No appetite suppression, etc etc. So I don't know if all of their compounded Tirzepatide is ineffective, or if mine just was due to it being received warm. Either way, I'm not going to spend another $300 to find out.
They get the second star for responding quickly to my desire to cancel. I appreciate that. But as far as the actual compound goes—it was worthless for me. The only reason I didn't gain weight is because I track calories religiously and am disciplined, whether the GLPs are working or not.

they charged my card $100 more than agreed on- they were fast at getting the product to me in less than 4 days BUT-- the product was warm andI was home when it was delivered--
The product had neither side effects-- which was good-- or even the slightest bit of hunger control and in fact made me more ravished every time I took a shot and I have gained 11 lbs in less than 2 months -NOT GOOD!!!
They did not even begin to listen to the amounts I proved to have been on for the past year with Brello and sent 3 vials with less than 2 shots in each at 2.5 mg--THEN-- Two of the vials were assembled incorrectly and the plastic cap was glued to the rubber stopper and there was no metal guard ring that it should have been above the rubber stopper--- the plastic caps were actualy glued to the rubber stoppers instead of mearly clamping down around rthe top rim of the vial so today-- I went to take another shot and popping the cap off the vial with my thumb caused the rubber stopper to come clear out of the vial flinging the product all over me and the counter so I had to toss the rest of the vial because it was contaminated at that point.
I've never been this disappointed with a company! I've bought thru 2 other companies in the last year and a half and the product and packaging was always correct and worked as it was expected to-- The only reason I went to this company was because my normal Company-- BRELLO- moved their pharmacy and we were waiting on Oregon to get the new pharmacy authorization--
I WILL BE RPORTING THIS COMPANY to the state of Oregon if I dont get a refund. This is just a scam !!! I knew they were more $$$ than Brello and I was ok with that had their product worked-- but this was totally too many pit falls to over look!

One advantage is the pricing transparency. Knowing what I would have to pay in advance was helpful. Results take time, though, and I wish there had been some additional advice on lifestyle modifications in addition to the medication.

It all started out well got three months of meds labeled and clear, then I turned off the auto renewal setting then my refill was late had to contact them, they sent out one vial and I waited for the others, tracking even says one vial, when I canceled and asked to get the other two I paid for or refund now they cant help

Everything was going fine till I went to open my last vial and the entire metal crimp and top came off instead of how it's supposed to come off for safety purposes. I reached out to customer service, provided photos, and they sent me a new package telling me not to use any as it wasn't safe. I recieved the new pacakge and when I opened it, it was all wet as though something spilled. I immediately took pictures and reached out to the customer service agent because open opening the package, the vial I needed for my current dosage was opened with the metal part again off and spilled with some left inside the film canister they use which obviously isn't safe to use. At this point, I missed my shot day and had not been able to keep my schedule as I've tried to get refunded because this company does not seem to be reliable in shipping safe product. I should have checked reviews. They gave a partial refund but that doesn't help as now I have to start all over since I've been without for almost two weeks (two shots). I am coming here in hopes they take my review seriously and do the right thing and refund. May have to also reach out to FTC and any other place that will take this seriously as they are not a BBB accredited company.

Calculated what I spent last year on another provider vs what I'm spending now... the difference is insane. Piper is the best value out there right now.

I would give it zero stars if I could. I foolishly gave them my credit card info and agreed on a plan per month. They charged my credit card over 1,000 bucks. There is no one to call, this place is a scam. Stay away.

My initial experience with Piper was great. Prior to round 2 (month 4) had a discussion with their prescriber who modified the treatment plan and changed the dosing calculations. However, Piper shipped the wrong treatment plan.

Their solution is that manually increase my dosing which means i run out of medications 1 week earlier per monthly cycle in months 1, 2, so rather then a 12 week medication cycle i lose several weeks.

This is the most unprofessional company - they are prescribing medicine and taking your money- but the medicine does nothing for you. I watched what I ate, kept my water intake up, exercised and o gained weight for 2 months taking my injection with this is company once a week. That is not how GLP-1 medicines work. In two months not to lose even 1 lb?! Something is not right here and they don’t respond to you - or if they do it takes days/weeks and I have the messages to prove it. It doesn’t matter if you chat with the doctor or support- they take days to respond. They also do not give you clear direction being a new customer on how to take medicine or how much. They talk to you line your a medical professional. They sent me my medicine and dose of medicine even after I told them that I was not comfortable with the dose as it would do nothing for me and I didn’t want to waste my money. This message was sent to them before the medicine shipped and they still would not cancel the order or allow me to reject the delivery.

It doesn’t seem like this is a legitimate company as for dealing with medicine and people’s health- they lack in instruction, communication and seem like they just want your money and once they get it- your on your own and if you lose any weight great and if not - they oh well.

There is no number to call and talk to a person- it’s a chat only communication system and as o said earlier- support or doctor - you’re lucky if you get a response or one within a few days to week.

To take this medicine, exercise, drink water and watch food intake for two months and not lose 1 lb. - something is off. Would not recommend going through this company at all!
