I don't like that there is no one to talk to before you make your payment. The first time I did GLP1 I went through Medvi. Medvi worked great I lost 10lbs my first month. I then switched to Join Piper because it was cheaper. The semaglutide from piper isn't as effective as Medvi. I still have cravings, I can eat more, and I have not lost a pound in a month. I feel like their product is watered down. I should have just stuck with Medi and paid the extra cost because now I've paid for a product that didn't work!

Not sure if it's just me but the tirz from here feels way more effective than the compounding pharmacy I was using before. I broke my stall after the first week. Packaging is discreet too which is nice.

Went through the process of getting approved for Tirzepatide and received my first 3 months on a 6-month order. Now we are beyond the 3 month mark and I still haven't received my next order. Multiple emails have not gotten a response...they're ghosting me now. No phone to call. What do I do? I feel like I'm getting ripped off of $600 and will suffer from not receiving the medicine. Horrible service.

Horrible customer service. The pharmacy they use is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They charged me for medication and but only sent 1/2 and didn’t include enough materials. Also the pharmacy staff is very rude (if you can even get in touch with them). The support team never replies to emails and doesn’t provide any support. The medication they prescribe is questionable. It did nothing for me. I would not recommend them. Horrible company.

Transferred my prescription from another service because they kept rising their prices. Piper matched my dose and made the transition seamless. Wish I started here.

Terrible experience. Meds arrived extremely warm after spending 5 days on shipping truck from texas to the east coast. I couldnt use them as they exceeded recomended temp. Tried contacting JoinPiper and initial response from them was it was safe to take which I know is not true then all inquiries went ignored. I asked for a replacement they ignored it I asked for a refund and they ignored that too. There is no contact number and no way to speak to a human being. I will be filing a complaint with better business bureau.

I am on month 5 and the quality has been consistent every single vial. No bad batches or week meds.

Applied on Tuesday morning, approved by lunch, shipped that afternoon, and at my door on Thursday. I didn’t think it would actually be that quick but they delivered. Impressive logistics.

I got approved for a 6 month script within an hour of submitting all of my information. This was on a Saturday morning, early. Actually December 19th to be exact. My compound Tirzepatitde starting dose was immediately shipped out on Monday December 21st & I received it Tuesday December 22nd. I have taken compounds once before & had no luck. Theirs seemed to work for me from the jump. Even on the starting dose, my appetite has been drastically reduced. I just ordered my 2nd months supply. We’ll see how this goes. Everything came on 2 ice blocks along with plenty of syringes, alcohol wipes, and instructions for dosing amount and general specs. I agree with other customers of theirs though. It takes a few days to get a response when you have a question. I pay monthly to month and it’s $279 for any dose of Tirzepatide. They have a coupon for $50 off if you order. I believe it was PIPER50.

I feel like they actually screened me properly instead of just rubber stamping it. I felt safe and responsible which I appreciate.

Ok I was skeptical because I saw an ad but this is actually legit. Approve was super fast , doctor was nice and the meds came with ice packs that were still frozen. 10/10 exp so far.

I thought because this company was affordable, I could see it through. Approved immediately by a doctor I can't even find online, let alone specializing in weight management. Ive been trying to contact someone for THREE days and no one will answer me, my medication will not ship out, and there is no where I can go to request a refund. I am over this, and will be disputing.

Piper chose not to send out my second shipment that I prepaid for. Then ignored all of my questions in the support chat for a week. Then finally started the process to send the 3 months I had paid for on the day I am supposed to take my next shot. Now I am forced to have a gap in my treatment as I wait for them to get my second shipment to me late. Why did Piper do this? They finally notified me that because I turned off auto renew on my payment, they canceled my second shipment that I already paid for. Bad customer service. Bad treatment of customer. Im disappointed. Im waiting to see if they try and make it right somehow before I switch to a different service.

I ordered and was approved mid December. I asked that delivery be delayed until 1/1/26. I was told it would be processed 1/2/26. According to their tracking, a label was created on 1/3/26, with no other information provided. I’ve asked repeatedly on their chat line and per email to find out what is going on without a response. I will be contacting my bank to report this as fraud.

I had a questions about my order and i emailed them late at night. Wake up to detailed and helpful response from a real person, not a bot. That's build a lot of trust!!

Customer service is non-existent. Message to their AI goes nowhere. They say that a service representative will be in touch but they never do. Will be switching to a reputable company.

I wish I could give zero stars. First, there is no customer service number to call. You can chat or email…both of which yield sorry excuses for answers. The medication never shipped, when I finally pushed enough I was given a tracking number and when I went to UPS to track it, it was cancelled. after tracking people down once again through chat and email I was assured that this was taken care of. They gave me a new tracking number and gave me a refund of $200. Using the new tracking number on 1/5/26 it said the label had been created. There was no $200 refund, and for the next three days I have checked that tracking number and it has not changed from the label creation. Since January 5, I have repeatedly asked to cancel this program and refund all of my money as the product had not shipped. Today on January 8 I have once again tracked it and chatted. The company for updates slowly start getting responses. I asked repeatedly today to cancel this and refund my money with no addressing the situation only repeating the exact same message they have told me since January 5th. Now today on January 8 at the very end of the day the package has moved and now they can’t refund my money because it’s on the way to me. I responded letting them know that this was not acceptable business behavior, and that when I asked to cancel over the last several days before the product shipped, they ignored my request. There was no refund of $200 and I doubt that they will respond to my last message. This is not the way to do business, I would be super careful if you are considering joining Piper.

Seemed legit at the time. It was approved right away. They took out $1194 from my account. And left it in a sent to pharmacy status with a false tracking label. Their AI. Bot responded to me one time.And when I tried to cancel, they stopped responding altogether. Reported it to my card company as fraud.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPS delivered my first shipment to the wrong address. I reported it to Piper the next morning and they told me I needed to file a claim with UPS. Fine, I did that. Once they completed their investigation and found that yes, they in fact screwed up, I sent the documentation over to Piper and they totally ghosted me. I finally got a hold of a person via chat (allegedly) and they basically told me to F off, that sorry there was nothing they can do because I didn't notify them within their timeframe. Apparently, less than 24 hours of delivery isn't quick enough. So now they refuse to refund me or resend out the meds and are keeping my $300. They eventually stop responding.

The medication has changed my relationship with food completely. Piper made it accessible for me when my insurance wouldn't cover it. Forever grateful!
