After making the life-changing decision to leave my high-paying, very rewarding job in NYC (for a variety of personal reasons), I found myself looking for other full time corporate executive roles closer to my home. After months of looking for something fulfilling, I found myself in a very hopeless and confused state. Then I stumbled across a Thrive Hive ad, offering a 45 min zoom call on the topic of starting your own consulting business. Becoming a consultant or even starting my own business was never even in my consideration set. So I joined the call and immediately felt very drawn to to Tricia's mission of empowering women to rediscover a new life of being a business owner and increase earning potential while working less hours! OMG, how amazing does that sound?!
So I decided to invest in myself and join the program, and WOW, what an incredible decision that was! In just 8 weeks, I've gained so much knowledge, so much confidence and so much understanding of my potential. The Thrive Hive coaches are beyond incredible. Their support and guidance is immeasurable and the program provides you with ALL the necessary tools needed to be set up for success. I especially loved the weekly coaching calls where you not only get one-on-one guidance from the coaches, but you also learn from other members and learn about different approaches to building a company. Honestly, my only regret is that I hadn't started this program sooner. I feel so incredibly proud of all I've accomplished in the last 8 weeks and I'm beyond excited to finally launch my business. If you are on the fence, scared to take a leap, or just plain old complacent in your current life... SIGN UP FOR THIS PROGRAM. It is honestly one of the best decisions I've ever made for myself. I don't know what the future holds for me, but I do know I'm set up for success and I've gained a whole community of support for all the ups and downs. The Passport program through ThriveHive was an incredibly enriching experience. Over eight weeks, the program provided stellar content and a proven path for turning decades of experience into a clear and thoughtful small business model. The quality facilitators brought real corporate and life experience, creating a supportive environment grounded in women helping women with refreshingly diverse perspectives. I left the program with clarity, confidence, and excitement about the meaningful work ahead.

The program offers an excellent experience overall: the team is professional, the technology is impressive, and the resources are valuable. Lifetime access to materials is particularly helpful for catching up on content missed during a busy workweek.

However, balancing this program with a full-time 9–5 proved challenging. If you work full time, expect to take longer to complete it and be prepared to give yourself grace. The large group calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays were not effective for me — with many participants, it was difficult to get individual questions answered. Holding calls at 12:00 PM EST also conflicted with typical work hours, as I am located in a different time zone, which made attendance and full engagement difficult.

In short: strong content, team, and tech, but the pacing and live-call format make it less suited to those with full-time jobs unless you can adjust your schedule.

I’m incredibly grateful for this program. My overall experience was excellent. The ThriveHive team was consistently supportive and accessible whenever I needed guidance. All I had to do was follow the clear, step-by-step process they laid out.

Starting your own consulting business can feel overwhelming, but ThriveHive made it manageable and structured. Passport is an immersive, intensive experience. I was impressed by the consistency in caliber of professional women, which certainly set it apart from other coaching experiences I have been part of in the past few years. I appreciated access to feedback in either live or asynchronous timing. The program length is very helpful to make sure you stay on task, but it can feel like 1 month 'too short' if still working full-time, even with evenings/weekends. I value MOST that i came out with tangible items and a plan.
